It looks like the Float Bowl drain line is connected where the fuel line needs to go, if I'm seeing it right. Float bow drain is by the screw on the bottom of the carburator.

Well hello Hebert, glad to have you on Scooter Doc forum. Yes we have a bit of a language barrier but this won't be the first time. I'll just put a few things out there and hopefully I'll touch on what your problem is. First of all, this is your crankcase breather:
It usually runs up to a connection on the airbox or sometimes is just tied off on a frame member with a filter on it. I hope I'm wrong on what I think you might be saying but the crankcase breather should NOT be connected to the carb drain hose in any way. If you did have them somehow connected drain all of your oil and replace with new. Do NOT connect the crankcase breather and the carb drain together!
Now, there's a drain hose that comes off of the carb float bowl, I think we're in agreement on that. Sometimes there's a screw on the carb that you must turn to let the gas out as you see on the left carb:
Sometimes there is no drain screw on the carb and it is at the bottom of the drain hose:
These must be closed or the gas will drain out of the float bowl and your engine will stop. So make sure your drain line is not plugged into the crankcase breather and make sure that the drain line is not losing gas by checking the screws. If this is not your problem let us know. Rich

Thanks for the translation ce! Rich

Hebert, your vacuum line from the intake manifold needs to connect to the crankcase vent and the petcock valve. The line with the fuel filter needs to connect to the left side/ middle of the carburetor. The drain needs to be connected to the bottom of the float bowl and can just hang loose on the other end.

I reiterated what raford said to just let the drain hose hang, and asked if there isn't a spot on the airbox to put the vent hose, and a loose vac line will suck too much air to run the engine
And to check the rubber diaphragm in the top of the carb for tears or leaks.
Sorry for my Spanish and English

In this picture things seem to be correct:
- The crankcase breather is hanging open which is OK
- The bowl drain is hanging which is OK
- The vac line runs to the fuel pump which is OK
- The fuel line from the pump hooks to the carb inlet which is OK
Now where does the vac line to the carb hook on? If it's the air-cut valve on the right side of the carb it's OK:

Its a petcock.. not a fuel pump.. it looks to me like a gravity feed... Es un grifo .. no es una bomba de combustible .. A mi me parece como una alimentación por gravedad ... Attachments:
