I just added the KidNme Xtreme Performance CDI/Coil combination, and all I can say is WOW! I found another use for the "useless panel" on the left rear of the tunnel. Recently, I moved my gas filter to behind the door so I could examine it without pulling 1/2 of the plastic off, now I've mounted the Xtreme Performance kit there so I can adjust the lil screw if I have to. I'll have pics as soon as I can get my phone to send to photobucket. The install of the Xtreme Performance CDI/Coil was very easy. I had a little confusion when I found that my CDI had 2 wires, but a quick phone call found Tom (the star in the videos) at the other end of the line cleared things up quickly. I'm now checking out some of the other goodies at KidNme. I wanted to add some photos of the install... First, the Jonway style scoots have an inspection access hatch on the left side of the tunnel which for the most part is useless. . Earlier, I had relocated my fuel filter to the area so I could get to it without taking 1/2 of the plastic off the scoot. Now, I've installed the CDI/Coil assembly where I could get to the timing adjustment screw so I could tweak the timing if I needed to. . Now, it is no longer a useless inspection port! The above endorsement was a completely unpaid for testimony.

Just did my first fill-up since the install. MPG hit 58, and that was with me having fun. The highest MPG I got before the upgrade was 52mpg. The scoot pulls harder and runs at top end much smoother. Adding the Avons and the extreme Performance CDI/Coil makes it feel like an all-together different machine. Everything else is pretty stock except for the LEDs, HID.

That's great somebody! That's one thing we never thought to check when we designed it but now that you mention it, it makes sense that your mpg would improve because you're burning more efficiently with our CDI/Coil combo! We'll wait and see the others results to see if everyone gets the same results. Thanks for the post!

KidNMe is an awesome site and Tom REALLY knows his stuff. So far I have purchase the "Level 4" CVT upgrade and the ''Level 1" Redneck Intake upgrade. I like the packages he has because it takes the guessing work out of upgrading. With his videos everything was really easy to install. I have a chinese GY6 and its like a totaly different machine now. Check him out! www.shop.kidnmekarts.com/150cc-KITS_c41.htm
