This afternoon my exhaust tab broke. While I was attending to that I noticed that one of the bots for the other mount were. There is a hole right near the plastic piece for the fan, Does that hole go all the way through, because its seems like the bolt broke off. IF i heed to replace it does anyone know the thread count and length? Thanks Guys!!! Attachments:

I'm having trouble seeing which bolt that is in your pic. But this is a Bashan 150cc:
The bolts at the yellow dots are for the swing arm and are VERY important. On this bike they do go all the way through. They're probably 10mm but I can't remember for sure and I'd have to go to the basement and pull one. The blue one is for the muffler bracket. If it's one of those two yellows DO NOT ride the bike until you get it fixed. You can get a bolt extractor at Lowe's and get the bolt stud out. Then take it to a hardware store and match it up. Get the hardest grade bolt you can find, grade 8 would work OK. Use some blue Loctite when you put them back on. Rich

there are threads in the motor case. don't know what the size is. when I took off the stock muffler I had maybe 2 miles on mine and that was a few years ago. I do remember I had to make a spacer when I put it back. my bracket for the briggs muffler is thinner than stock muffler. that should not be a lot of trouble to get out, the threads go through and out the back side. one note, be carefull not to damage the aluminum threads in the motor case, they are soft.

They are 10mm if I rmember correctly. Mine has 2 10mm bolts on the flywheelside that hold the engine cooling enclosure . The bolts for the crankcase, variator cover and starter are 8mm . On mine the 2 bolts that mount the exhaust pipe mounting bracket are 12mm
