I have a roketa 250cc scooter 2008 , The terminal battery cable got switch around now scooter won't start at all (no sound just dead) i know it need a electrical part but not sure what the name of the part is.

Check the fuse...likely blew it.. it is in the thin red wire that attaches to the positive battery post. Usually an inline tube fuse...sometimes they look good , but in fact they are blown...

yeah its those for sure usually when you accidently hook up the terminals backwards it will pop them. i caught myself about to do that once, what i did was zip tied the positive wire underneath the battery box to the frame so that way it wont stretch far enough to accidently hook it up wrong

I replaced both fuses on bike and and had battery checked still no power. scooter was running good before cable got switch. Is there
anything else i should check?

I would find the starter solenoid and try jumping across the terminals. If it starts the brake switch is bad.

if i tried jumping across the terminals would this restore power to the scooter?

NO, all that is testing is that the Battery, Solenoid and Starter work. You are passing everything else.
