Just thought I'd post of picture of my new Rowdy 150cc scooter. Picked it up late Friday so haven't had time to get plates and insurance on it but will get that done in the next day or so....I had been looking for one for quite a while and when my "First Scooter Build" project sold, I jumped at the chance to get this one.

The only drawback I've found thusfar is the lack of storage space. Will remedy that when I find some type of a bag for the rear of the scooter. A large softside cooler is just about the right size

a large ammo box painted to match would look good and can be locked

I had a Honda Big Ruckus for awhile. It was wicked cool to ride. If this is half as much fun you'll have a ball.

new2scooters, WOW, that's a great looking scoot, I like the looks of that muffler (cool) Thanks for the compliments. Tomorrow I'm getting plates and insurance so sometime in the afternoon I plan on putting a few easy miles on it. My last "new" 2 wheeler was in 1973 so this one was a long time coming. Unfortunately my last new one was a new HD and it spent more time in the shop than what I did riding it.....electrical, transmission, always was one thing or another.... I'm hoping this one fares better....

Those are nice looking scoots built like a brick crap house. You can tell they are built strong just by looking at it. I like to call them a MANLY SCOOT Alleyoop

Love that seat. Looks like it can be folded down for passenger or up as back rest.

Love that seat. Looks like it can be folded down for passenger or up as back rest. Yes, it has a lever on the side of the seat and the back drops down to make a passenger seat. I'm 6'2" and it is proportioned just right for me. I don't feel cramped at all..... The seat also is quickly adjustable front to back with a pull release button so it can be slid forward for shorter riders. Got out this afternoon and put 40 easy miles on it before my fingers starting freezing and headed home. The only issue I'll need to look into is it doesn't start real easy when cold. Have to start it 6-8 times before it will stay running. Once engine is warm, it always fires right off. I've put some Seafoam in the fuel to see if that will help any. Will wait until I've run a tank or so through it to see if it helps. May have to do some troubleshooting on the choke circuit to see if it is working....

It looks really nice! I am a bit concerned about the floorboards not being tilted a little towards the seat with them being that close to the seat.
