Richard, nobody can find a Intake like the one that came with the scoot with two vacuum ports. I have gone looking for one like that all over the place and no hits. Get one with one PORT and then put a short piece of hose and connect it to a "Y" then you will have your two Vacuum Connections. It doesn't really need TWO ports on the INTAKE MANIFOLD. A "Y" connector will do you just fine and work sameo sameo. Alleyoop

Hey Alley, with this new intake manifild and a good seal, will I have to adjust the a/f screw? Or leave it alone.

Well if you had adjusted it before when it was leaking you might have to. Because then you were trying to compensate for the leaking. But just put it on and see how it runs, you may have to fine tune the Fuel Ratio Mixture. Alleyoop

Most likely since with the leak you would have had to richen it up, but just give it a shot the way it is. It is colder out now and they need more fuel anyways. And you want to run on the rich side rather than the lean side. But you won't know until you put it on and see how it starts and runs. Alleyoop

When it is running WHAT is it idleing at, it could be idleing to low. To verify that start it up and hold the throttle JUST A TAD open and see if it stays running. If it does then all you need to do is TURN THE IDLE SPEED SCREW CLOCKWISE a tiny bit and get the idle up to around 1800-2000 rpms. Alleyoop

Its idle about 1800RPM'S, I have it on a battery tender at work, checked everything is tight, will try to start scoot soon. (I went out and turned idle up a bit)
