Great!! caught them in time, I did go and looked all over their site and NOT A PHONE NUMBER to be had strange, guess they are a one man shop or part timing(HAHA). But who cares as long as they have the parts someone needs.

I was wrong, there are three wires on bottom plug and three up top, bottom you can see where the wire go, top they are twisted, what happens if I get the wrong sequence when hooking it back up

Here is how to do it so you do not mess up.
You take the OLD PLUG TAKE ONE WIRE OFF at a time and put it in the same place on the new PLUG. That way you will not put the wrong wire on the wrong connector. BAD snit can happen if you put the WRONG wire in the wrong place on a new connector that may carry a lot of juice for the wrong accessory.

Many mess up because they pull all the wires off at one time and then find they cannot remember which wire goes to which connector and wind up burning their CDI or R/R or blow out there bulbs or wires start to burn.

The bottom will be easy, but the top will be more difficult, but that's the way I'll do it (thanks) after that I'll test it again to see if its charging, then go from there

hey richard that pix of the scoot striped down cause me to have bad dreams last nite since iv striped mine 6 times in the last 3 wk.lol -taking plastic off/on take the fun out of working on scooter bo

While I'm waiting for my 3 way plugs, I went ahead and painted my muffler and polished my chrome

I know you have the right plugs coming but I was looking at some I have for brushless heli motors as in model helicopters. they are a single wire male and female like a banana plug. They would be perfect for high current aps such as a head lamp. would take 3 sets. available at hobby shops. Some of these motors are 40 amps and more. I think if my plugs smoke thats what I will use. john

Thanks John, that may be an option for me to think about. I'm not sure what the problem is yet, it could be a bad R/R, but I did notice that my connector that melted wasn't totally plug in on the one side, I'm thinking that its been arching for some time, I remember smelling something burning for a good while but didn't know where it was coming from, so after I fix the connectors, I can test my battery again to see if it charging and go from there.

Finally my 3 way plug is in today's mail delivery:) have to work today, but tomorrow I'll have time to fix and let you know if my battery is charging.

Alleyoop, replace my 3 way plugs and started scoot "Its Alive Again," ;D battery charging good, idle I'm around 13.35 rev to 4k 14.50+ Lights are bright again and even the turning lights seem to be flashing faster
