Also take the carb off and maybe the cable is also restricted with that stopper that you pointed out. But you won't know until you take the carb off JUST FROM THE one side if you can tilt it and twist the throttle wide open and see HOW FAR IT PULLS THE SLIDER UP. It may not pull the needle all the way out of the Defuser and Main jet because of the stopper. Alleyoop

Cool take the washer out of the Variator that will give you some top end right off the bat. ;D What does that open or close or is that for your brakes? Alleyoop

It goes to the engine and connects to the throttle cable only It is on the right side of the engine. Carb throttle cord is on the left? Wait I think it goes to the oil pump? My main jet is 45 or 47.5 according to the assembly manual. I will take the carb off and bring it inside to look at. So how do you remove the oil line. That is my only problem getting the carb off. Air intake pics Intake smells like gas ....... and once again has some in the box

Yes, see that small tube inside which the opening is looks like 3/8 of an inch in ID. Not much air goes through there. If you main jet is 45 WOW!! that is small, so if you put in a bigger jet then take that small tube off if you can to allow more air to feed the bigger jet. Alleyoop

I cannot see the OIL line but it should either screw on or the hose just clamped onto a connector on the carb. Now you will have to plug that oil hose so oil does not drain out. Alleyoop

New jet is needed, I already modded the airbox........ removed the tube and widened the hole. Removed the variator restriction.

Get some duct tape and tape up 1/3 of the hole and try that, if still tape up a little mor of it and so on. YOU DO NOT WANT TO RUN LEAN you will damage the motor. Alleyoop
