I hear you have to be Harry Potter to adjust all the shims in one of those. I remember reading that the prescribed shop time for the adjustment is an hour and a half or more by Ducati.

After sitting around last night just completely in the zone, the comments here and a couple personal PMs I got, I have come to the conclusion that I am not going to let the likes of Luke run me off. After all these boards are about helping people, sharing stories and making friends. Saying that, I also made the decision not to take any more of his unrational, uninformed, uneducated trash talk. Again, I really hate matching wits with an unarmed person, however, in his case I will make an exception. There are too many good people here that know more about scooters, motorcycles, and the likes than he will ever figure out. Even the newbies know more.

Glad to hear it Jim. I like those 300cc scooters that Ice Bear sticks. Maybe I'll see about getting one of those on my 70th birthday and not the Kawasaki J300. Heck, maybe by then there will be an Ice Bear 400cc Linhai.

The way to do it would be to pick up the icebear at jims and break it in on the back roads of wisc heading south! Maybe a few of us could go together and get them in the hot summer months.

edit: Summer is some where around Independence day for about a week or so in northern wisc.!

I certainly like mine, and I didn't have to wait till my 70th (got it after my 63rd)
