People who allow their dogs to run loose and chase ought to be............no one knows how pissed I was last june when a neighbors dog ran across the front wheel of my red scooter. It was totaled and I got a ride to the local butcher shop.

I'm so sorry to hear about your niece. We have a few people out here who let their dogs run loose. It's scary sometimes. I'm always afraid they might attack.

The wife and I were riding a Pantranko bus from Manila to Baugio (I was stationed at Clark AB RP, 68-73) and the bus hit a dog going thru some small town.
The bus driver stopped, but before he could get out, the local townspeople had carried the dog off, for supper.
(true story)
I'm a dog lover, but vicious dogs that do this, need to be put down, along with their owner.

They were actually pulling out pieces of the jean material. The guy who broke it up got 11 stitches for his efforts.

have you talked to your brother inlaw yet? that damn dog needs to be punished,,, no bone(r) for 2weeks!(that is if the dog is a female). lol
