After I got it ready to fit over the axle and miss the inside of the bearing I found it was much too thick. looks more like it needs a shim than washer. I need to find a much thinner washer.

Thank you Alleyoop. Got it out. Widened the center of the washer out. Now thinning the washer. It's a bit too thick.

Thanks for all the info. Any idea what size washers you used? It will give me a starting point. And what type of metal should it be? I'm thinking 2 or 3 thin washers to fill the space or one fat one.

Hi Guys, Been noticing a slight wobble feeling from the rear end. Just jacked it up and removed the tires. Took the castle nut off and got it down to the axle. right side fine, left side moves in and out about 1/8 inch. I'm guessing that is not good. Advice on the next step please. Billtrek

Hi guy's, I need to replace the air filter on my Ice Bear Viking 150. It keeps getting wet from the snow. Do they make one with a weather resistant cover? Thanks, billtrek

Changed the oil's with 10-40 pennzoil, and 80-90 pennzoil. Didn't change the dif grease yet since I can't find my darn grease gun. Just got back from getting the trike inspected. Passed with no problems. Now I'm all set until May. I was suprised to find my old goldwing cover fit pretty well on the trike. billtrek

I figured out photobucket. The rear tires say 30lbs max and the front says 32lbs max. What weight oil should i use? The book says 15-40 weight. Is that right? How about the tranny oil? What about the dif grease should i use honda moly or something else? I see what you mean about the air filter.
