You use an extension on the socket to loosen the valve cover bolts, and then a telescopic magnet to capture the bolts so they don't drop into the engins compartment.
I just bored the two holes to reach in with a swivel socket, and then once the cover is off, you can get your hands in to adjust the valves though the big opening.

Dang, dude, you musta wore out 2 drill bits with all those holes. But it looks cool, anyway, didja take off the rubber nozzle thingy on the air inlet and replace it with a piece of screen? That may help.
