The rack is just a ATV rack... Cut off the mounts and have new ones made to fit you trike

Mine are mounted a little different than that picture but the higher the better, mine are just about 3 inches above the top of the rear fenders... LEDS and are from Harbor Freight

Now sure about the newer Magnums but the older ones like my 2010 will run much better one lighter weights. I am running 11 grams now but will order some 12s as the 14s that it came with as we all know a little rough at start out. With the 11s I know I lost about 8mph on top end but smooth as silk on take off. I think this will also help target on top end. Drives like a different scoot right now, really got the pep to 50mph

Flooded here but we are high and dry... The Lagoons are tidal here so is getting really bad they made that syde of the park leave and have blocked the drains to city and cut power... in garage puttung the 11 gr wts back in the Magnume and close the side case so she is ready to row... Lots of wind damage but not me, the good Lord , watching over us... We have running water and power, sure is hot for all this rain and wind, gettin46mph right now
Called ya to see how you guys are getting along but no answer, GOOD LUCK

Sounds like your filter blocked, maybe even the line from the tank...Drain the tank down and flush it out and see what it looks like

Hey Lee....I put 11 gram wts in the CVT and what a diference on take offs and around town. It did take off the top end, did not GPS check but looks like just over 50 - 56 mph. But smooth and much less viberations.... Could mean we are just too high geared in the rear. I also tried of course the stock 14 grams, rough start offs and lots of vibrations, than the 11 and wow, but a little loss ontop end, so went half and halve and was not much better than stright 14's and vibrations back but top end was back in the 60's. Going to go see if I can get a set of 12s and she how she handles as the split weights really is not the way to go for directions. I will tell you on the 11's this thing is quick and strong around town and I may just leave her as is as she is smooth take off and much less over all vibrations which tells me there is a mis match some were. Mine had 14 grm wts in it stock

Tierod, take and run a string from front sproket to tear and make sure you are lined up. I had to change out the spacer on the real sproket as mine was off almost 1/8th an inch. Lee made a stanless steel spacer and we put it one, man what a difference

Al... you are right... It is the design, the hubs have play and a weak soft metal sleeve that wears at the roller bearings at just 400 miles of use, that is with heavy weight like riding 2 up. And the swing arms in the rear to the hubs have light play, add it all up and it is trouble. I still have not made the new sleeves for the hubs yet but will this summer I am sure. Now on the newer ones John has looks a little beefier than mine I think and better design on the gear box I think for sure.
