No click from the Solenoid I would first check the Fuse that goes to the starter relay.

Ok we followed the flow chart for checking Stator and Regulator. Ok So Not getting over 13.5V+ on the battery. Then from Battery Plus to red Wire on Regulator is over .2V but can not track down any bad connections. Could my Regulator be bad? I checked between all 3 Stator wires and it is at ~60VAC between Each wire so that says that the stator is good. Just not sure where to go from there since I am not finding a bad connection. So I figured I would ask if maybe the Regulator it self may be bad and causeing this.

Plenty of clearance for the break levers. They mount right into the end of the handle bars. Now just need to test them out and get some good pictures of them mounted to post up here.

I will post up some pics of the new Mirrors installed soon.
When I picked up my scooter today at the shop from getting new tires I was looking at mirrors he had hanging up on the wall. The POS that came on my Jonway have been one biggest gripes with the new scooter. They are the cheapest crap on the scooter I have wanted to change them out since I got it. The guy at the shop talked me into these. Said they are the only mirrors he will use on his motorcycles.

On a tight budget right now so Ordered a pair of Shinkos. And will have the guy that mounted up my dads tower this spring put both of them on and replace the valve stems at the same time. From everything I found the Shinko tires seem to have very good reviews. I am hoping that holds true. They can not be any worse than the crap that came on my scooter.

When I did my PDI our local Auto parts places did not have the valve stems I wanted. I had just gotten them last weekend from my Dad he picked them up from the place that mounted his tire this spring. My plan for the weekend was to change out the Valve stems and get my Carb adjusted. So instead it was spent surfin the net and finding decent deals on Tires. After doing a bit of mulling over I pretty much decided to just replace both tires. Safety first. Now it is just a matter of coming up with the Money to do so. Sucks figured on saving money riding scooter back and forth to work. First real nice week of weather looks like this next week and I am stuck driving the MiniVan again until I can get tires and get them mounted.

I am on my way in to work this am. Its about 42 degrees so a bit cool but not to bad if you bundle up. It is going to get up to about 70 this afternoon so should be a great ride home. I drive 55 miles one way to work. So anyway I get into a passing zone Im going about 57 mph in the 55 mph zone. I set the cruze on the car to about 57 all the time on this road also so not like I am chaning how fast I go. So I have this pick up come up beside me like it is going to pass me then it slows down then I see a guy open the window and start taking pictures of me then waves. I think ok that was really weird did not recignize the guy. But I keep thinking cool now if I could only get them pictures as It is really hard to get pictures of your self riding.. LOL So any way about an hour after I get to work I get an email from a friend of mine that works at another firm across down it seems that the guy taking pictures was another friend of mine that works with him. I get an email from him with the attached pictures. The Subject of the email was "42 degrees and this crazy bastard is riding a scooter"

I put on 110 miles yesterday. 57 of that was in winds gusting to 45mph. I do not want to do that every day that is for sure. Was my first day taking new scooter to work. I hope I never had to go threw that again. I was so tensed up from that ride home last night my back is killing me today.

Ok got a few more things done tonight. When I received my Crate I had noticed that the top part of the Crate had been hit pretty hard that the angle iron holding the scooter had been bent. Well I found that it seems to have misaligned my handle bars a bit not much but enough that the plastic around the left handle bar does not come together all the way. Not that big of a deal to me does not really affect anything. Ok one more thing that WILL be replaces as soon as I get some spare cash. THE FREAKING Cheap arse Mirrors. Man do they suck. Ok enough ranting. I got my GPS mount done tonight. I really LOVE the Ram MOunts they are very versital. I had purchaced my ram mount for my Garmin nuvi last year it was the handle bar model for bike. Then this year when I purchased my Delorme PN-30 hand held I bought the Ram Mount window suction cup mount for it. After I received it found out how sturdy it was I noticed that I could purchase the Diamond mounts for it by them self I figured heck I would just mound one on each my scooter and my Dads scooter. (This was before I decided to purchase this scoot) Anyway I was looking at my nuvi mount to find that it had the mounting set up for the diamond mount on the back of it. So long story short it then made my mount usable for either one of my GPS units. I like to use my NUVI for road routing when I can but it is NOT water proof so if i get stuck in the rain I am pretty much out of luck with my NUVI. But Now my Delorme does Road routing also but it is Water proof so now I can pack up the Nuvi when it starts to rain and use my hand held. So here is what I have now. NUVI MOUNT Delorm PN-30 Mount Now these are the Diamond mount brackets And now Old Scooter and New scooter Ok so why would I carry both GPS at the same time. It is because I do GEOCACHING. If you do not know what geocaching is, well it is a HI TECH game of treasure hunting with use of GPSr. People hide items(geocaches) useing coordianates then people(ME) enter them coords into my GPS and go find what they hide. Sign the log then go to the geocahing.com web site and log my finds online. My Dad and I have found that the best way to geocache is by scooters. Last year we took a day and went up to Door County, Wisconsin and drove up the peninsula up and back on the scooter. It was awesome. Only down fall was we had to haul the scoots up on trailer. He only had a 50cc and I had a 125cc so we could only go 35 top end and man if we hit a big hill it was painfully slow 15 mph tops. Well now this year we both have 250cc scoots so we can just go no need to trailer them and haul to locations we want to cach at we can just hop the scoots and go.
