Okay, today we have had real progress thanks to the help of everyone here (finally huh Alleyoop!). The only noise making thing I saw was what I thought was the horn but was the siren for the alarm. The horn was missing. I found two unattached wires. I connected them to a new horn I had. That loud squeaky noise was the best noise I have heard in a few days.
While it was apart I ran a couple of power wires to the now empty hole where a power socket goes. I also turned around the speakers which were facing forward and are 1 inch from the head lights. My radio still doesn't work, but that isn't as big of an issue right now. My alarm doesn't work, but that isn't as big of an issue. If anyone knows of easy fixes for these, I am open to them.
I still need to put all of the faring back together again. Then I need to reinstall my clutch when it gets back from John, hopefully tomorrow.
Thanks a lot for everyone's help!

Both horn wires go back into the alarm which is only a few inches away from the horn.

I disconnected the plug you show and jumped the two connections you show (which connect to my pink and gray wires on the alarm harness) and no horn.

No I didn't disconnect the wire harness plug when I ran the test. That was my earlier question. If the horn is connected to the alarm and I disconnect the alarm how is putting the jumper into the connection to the rest of the scooter going to make the horn work?
I can run the test and jump the connector with it disconnected from the alarm.

There isn't any power to the switch.

Okay with both with connectors connected I jumper wire between the terminals on the alarm box. One was pink, the other gray. No sound came out of the new horn with the key one, with the kill switch on, or when I tried it with the engine running.
What is the next step?

I appreciate the help Alleyoop. My alarm wiring has a gray and a pink wire. See the attached pictures showing both the connector at the alarm and the wiring harness. The horn is also connected to the alarm via the two orange wires. If I disconnect either of the two connectors to short the gray and pink wires, the alarm can't power the horn. What does this test? I am not aware of any fuses to the alarm only.

The horn is connected to the alarm using two wires. These are dead even when you push the horn button.
I also connected the horn directly to the battery and the horn did not make any sound. I connected a replacement horn directly to the battery and it works fine.

No power at the switch. It sure seems like a blown fuse that I can't find. The only two fuses I could find are the main one by the battery and an inline one on the radio power wire.
Are there any others?

So glad to hear that the black wire is antenna and is nothing to worry about.
Now I still have the horn & radio.
John that was my next plan of action. I am headed to bed for tonight.
