In that case be prepared for the bill! I have bought Honda plastic in the past and they sure think it is like gold. A lot of honda parts are that way. I can get the belly pan off eBay for 12 bucks with free shipping but the floorboard is 44 bucks.

I'm looking around and I see some similar bikes. The honda sh150i had a similar design. I wonder if I can adapt some of the plastics to fit my bike. All I need is the floorboard and plastic under it

I talked to scrappy dog and they said I should buy the kit for the gy6b 200. With that and the head I'm once again in if for more than I paid for it. On the upside I'll have a 172cc scoot.

I've recently aquired a scooter with no floorboard or "belly pan" I'm having a heck of a time finding any on line due to the model being discontinued. I could probably fabricate something out of some kind plastic or maybe fiberglass. Has anyone have experience with this? Thanks

I had a chance to do some measuring and I hooked a battery to it to see what it would do. Horn doesn't work, headlight lit up when I pushed the "passing" switch. All turn signals worked, I noticed the tail lights didn't work but when I put the brake on they lit up. Is that a bad filiment or do the tail lights only work when the bike is running like the headlights?

Here is the head scrappy suggests I get It's for the gy6 200b but the 150 head doesn't have the 2 bolts. The "engine family" is 9xyec200sa1 So I guess that 200 is a sign that it matches up.

Is this a gy6b? It needs a new head, will it be hard to find? The engine number gives me the impression it's just a plain old gy6 150.
