Slight Bog

Hey guys, so I am having a small bogging down issue. It only happens when I am stopped and I JUST start to accelerate it bogs just for a second and then accelerates through the whole powerband fine. Sometimes when I am stopped and blip the throttle it will die if I dont nurse the throttle for a second.

Alright so after I get the gear pulled how do I put it back to where it exactly needs to be?

Alright so I got it apart and I can't seem to get the gear off. Do I need a puller? Or is there a way I can work it off without one?

If the gear on the crank ends up needing replaced, can I replace it by just removing the variator and getting to it that way?

Hey guys. I just bought a 150cc gy6 Chinese scooter last night and I'm trying to get an issue sorted out. I had one of these a few years ago but sold it and I'm trying to refresh my memory on everything. On the kickstarter gears, the most forward gear seems to be not lined up with the gear just behind it. Before I tear into everything do you think it can just be adjusted inward to lineup or should I be worried about a different issue? Picture below kind of shows the problem.

So here is the deal. I have not been able to get spark and I am about to light the thing on fire and be done with it.
I have bought a new stator, cdi, coil/wire and a plug. They all check out but I still dont have spark. The wiring harness looked fiddled with so I ordered a new one and should be here today or tomorrow. Everything is pretty self explanatory as far as how it all goes back in except a couple things. What color wires on the harness match up to the stator wires. Also what color wires from the harness go to the coil.
And how can I disable the alarm plug. I had it looped correctly on my old harness but when taking the harness off the wire came out and I cant find the diagram that I used to loop the plug.
I have a 2006 150cc gy6 Sunl
Thanks for the help

This particular setup doesnt look like it would be too effective. I know turbos can work on scooters but I am not sure about this one. When the scooter came down to an idle it looked as if the turbo came to a stop. So either the turbo was not getting enough lubrication and the bearings were going out OR the scooter just can't put out enough exhaust to spin it fast enough. I doubt even the BOV (blow off valve) gets enough pressure to open up.

Hey people. So I need to replace my stator but I can not for the life of me remove the flywheel. I tried a puller then I tried using heat and it just wont budge! I am getting frustrated and am not sure what to do besides take it to a shop.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
