I can not really have anyone hold my phone while doing this.
The only one that could would be my mother, and she is handicap 'Would not work out well'.
After a few more inspections to the rubber mounted bushings it appears to be decaying. So I would like to think that would solve my problem, The entire front end of the engine rises on takeoff......
The scooter has always sat under a carport, Not sure if the weather is somehow affecting it. But if anything having no choice but to drive home in terrible storms/hail/hurricanes probably did a terrible toll over all of this time.
I am starting to think that this is a basic problem when Chinese scooters turn a decade old 'literally happening'.
I have taken very good care of this bike until everything randomly started one after the other, Well basically all at once.
I have failed to find information on what to do when a Chinese scooter gets this old and what you should do, Seems these Chinese scooters were never designed to last this long from what the Internet is telling me, odd.....
After all is well; I suppose new rings as well maybe just get an entire kit/bore kit properly installed would be a great idea, I'd hate for something terrible to randomly happen.

Seems there is a torque mount/ Motor mount gone bad
When applying the full kickstand the engine comes way to high and starts grinding across scooter brackets.
On the full kickstand the bike is ready to fall over.
when applying throttle the front end of the engine jerks way to high.
When hitting 100s of bumps to work everyday I have a bad feeling somethings about to go down 'Me'.
That's the best I can describe it.
Watch from the 35 sec point to 41

I will make sure to get back to that tomorrow : )
Sadly everything I was doing was viewable with my eyes, But on camera it just wasn't : /.
Maybe, Maybe not; It might be my rear shocks... Sadly their is no method to adjust them,...
But once theirs is more light outside tomorrow I will make sure to attempt to capture a good video with my phone : )

Parts forscooters, scrappydog, and if you do some reading you will find a few more. Sounds like you are getting close to The point where you might be better off with a new scooter. I take it you let it sit outside in the weather. We can't tell you what to do but before you put any more in it if it was me I would total up every thing that you think you will need and then decide what to do. There are a lot of parts that they all need eventually. Manifolds dry rot and crack, not expensive, lights and wiring and the connectors going to them go bad quick if left to the weather. That caliper needs to be replaced if you intend to ride it, 85% of your braking power is in the front brake! On that it might be best to get a matched set master cyl., hose and caliper. I will have to look into all of this. And I appreciate the help
I attempted to create a simple video of the engine rock, As well how the rear has dropped. There seems to be a squeak on the left side, Not sure if that is a lead when I allow the engine to rock. As you see the rear tire is resting on the ground. And the full kickstand has a odd angle that I have never seen on any scooter, Not even a geely .

Could someone please point me to where they think is the cheapest quality parts, As well combined in one site. Some of you have been doing this longer than me and probably know of the best place. As well that I can order from, Not a local pickup lol... Feel free to stop reading this just talks about repairs; RantishI am currently having a meltdown with current updates. My scooter was manufactured in 2008. And as you would imagine this scooter is finally calling for some updates and repairs. The worst imaginable is the fact I have to figure out what the cause is to make my entire motor to have minor rocks the way it does “I guess a motor mount of some sort” I could be going crazy but the rear end looks as if it has drooped lower lately? I just replaced the rear scooter tire and as well the CVT belt “ 77.97 grand total 'That's why I could use some help on this'“. Next I have to replace the carburetor 'Mainly due to the jets. I would prefer a better brand or just bypass it with a jet kit for now'. Also the entire carburetor area on a rainy day gets soaked, causing the engine to appear to not run as efficient, I would like to assume a bad gasket maybe the intake manifold, BUT! there should be a piece of plastic at the rear wheel to prevent that. 'Good thing I do not have a K and N style air filter, Talking about a night mare that would be'. Something has gone wrong with my front lights, Ones out, and the other lets out a nasty steam on a moist day 'I am guessing some type of weather guard has deteriorated or something has gone completely wrong, Or they are just old, Or the fact there is more power to the other one as one is out'.. The front breaks calipers are seized… I actually removed the break pads for temporary time being.. FML.. I would prefer to just order a new one mine is the original and their is no brand I bypassed the disc brakes as I have to go to work to make the extra money to repair it, As well on my own. I am very sure there is more repairs and updates needed, There is a guy that I can contact to properly install a bore kit. I might do that near the end to allow him to inspect everything else as he goes on. A rebuild might be needed by now… Wouldhelp prevent a future nightmare.. This scooter has been faithful to me, I plan to update this scooter and not just replace it like most individuals have been saying. I have faith that you guys could help me . *Feel free to think I am crazy for not buying a new scooter as I think it is not needed...

I did some testing and the manifolds fine, If I twist it there is only what I would consider stress cracks. But I will consider ordering it : ) I will dig around for a nice carburetor, As well order a nice Jet kit. I would like to think my issue is solved

LB1P39QMB Seems to be part of the reason of the speed, If this guy is correct: Do you Need the Number where the stars are ? And I appreciate the pointer EDITEDWell I got the needle out, It's non adjustable. Never got to the actual jet, I will assume I should just look into a better carburetor as for some reason... The carburetor is actually lightly glued to the intake manifold.. FML why would someone do this.... I might need a new intake manifold when I actually reattempt to remove it as cracking from flexing acquired .. Therefore it will just stay on as is.. If I had a lot of time on my hands I would just take it apart still attached to the intake manifold, Would be a pain but... Might consider this or ordering a new manifold.. Kind of stuck now.. Might try dumping gas on the glue latter...

I do not really know to much about the jets on this bike. I have attempted to take the carburetor off but I'm to afraid of messing up the rubber intake manifold. I will have to attempt to get it off today or tomorrow, So I can not really update anything on that until then. The brand is a Walbro carb Very similar to: www.retrobikes.com/proddetail.php?prod=100-055Maybe even the exact same one. I am 100 % sure this bike has a bore kit as well other stuff done to it, I think the original owner did not go all the way through on this build, The 50cc valve name plate is still there , So maybe not, Bike simply hits 50 with no problem. Also the same has been done hear with that P.A.I.R system scooterdoc.proboards.com/thread/5990/crankcase-vent-tube-pics-added?page=1&scrollTo=46339
On another note if this bike has been bored out is it possible it could go faster if the carburetor has not been adjusted etc? I will update latter on the jet

I had someone help me adjust the carburetor and we just could not get the right mixture no matter what we did. I am starting to think my custom exhaust is letting out to much back pressure and not allowing what is refereed to the heart of the system to operate right, Maybe not... And yes on a throttle let off I do receive backfires, So it is to rich, But it is nearly impossible to get the carb right. I am starting to mainly think the carburetor needs a cleaning. This bike entirely hates cold weather and requires priming the carburetor. Which tells me there is possibly a fuel issue inside the carb somewhere.. The bike in general hates a fresh start. But mainly cold starts. Could I be lazy about this and just run something safe in the gas tank possibly? Other than that it will require bringing it to a shop. I appreciate your response

Okay so on startup the scooter has a decent idle.
When the scooter is fully warmed up I loose rpms and I do not get enough gas to the fuel filter causing temporary weird break downs.
I tried playing with the heart of the system some more, Checking gas lines and adjusting the carburetor. I even popped the hose off of the carburetor to the air-box and went for a run to see if I could get a lead.
Then I figured hey lets bypass the petcock to see it it's faulty 'Cheap and easy test'.
I put a manual on off switch on and shoved a screwdriver in the intake line.
I still had the same issue, But seemed not as bad...
But then I really needed that screwdriver. So I used it to adjust the carburetor, Then I forgot to shove it back in the intake line on the next startup.
BAM! The scooter had a amazing idle. I ran the intake line into the trunk and filtered it with pantie hose to prevent any suction of dirt during testing.
After a long run to the point I should break down I didn't, The Bike only gained a higher rpm idle.
^
If anyone has dealt with a similar issue or happens to know what I need to do I would highly appreciate this!!!
I fear taking off the carburetor

Sorry for the late reply Well the speedometer seems to be working fine for now, I do not trust it as cyborg was saying: I am no longer really worried about the gas gauge due to more issues coming up with the bike :/, It's just nice to have it so I wont need to look in the gas tank every morning.. Time to see if I can find my old wooden wall molding stick.. Yeah I think a lot has messed this scooter up with the roads I live on, I now have to do a front end rebuild/repair on the front disc brake caliper. The pads were jammed 'Luckily I saved the bike but really temporarily damaged my hips badly during the nasty long skid “Disc brakes are no joke, Needs a good check up time to time”' I plan to possibly replace the front brakes with an actual name brand.. “There the original” Hopefully single piston as I would like to think I could maintain a single piston caliper better. Seems this bike wants some respect , lol I cant really afford it as the scooter is constantly trying to throw something at me. But summer time is around the corner I suppose I can do something for her. Heck I am riding on air on the rear tire, There is no more tread, I can not find anyone locally. Terrible... *Sorry for being so off topic..

If I posted this post in the wrong board I am really sorry, I am new to these forumsOkay so I had a question, Every scooter I have ever had the Speedometer gauge basically malfunctions during the winter time season.
A few things about the scooter: It's a Vip 50cc based scooter 'Currently no up-loadable pictures'. The scooter is always driven on crowned hill roads, Terrible roads... I typically drive 40 - 50 MPH at 7000 rpms "I have not tested the peak performance", Smooth riding. Custom exhaust, Fairly new cdi unit. So now back on topic . The entire odometer is messing up, The scooter has no battery issues, The connection is tight to the battery. The Speedometer gauge stops at a max 40 then I have to go by RPM's, Thank god for the RPM gauge on this model. The fuel gauge bounces back and forward, As if there is no electricity then to there is electricity. The roads are terrible for those who know how country crowned hill/Gravel roads are, I live in the middle of no-where driving to the city side to work everyday. Well I tried posting anything that could help lead you to everything wrong. Now I will allow the experts to figure this out, I would like to think it is a common cold weather issue as I drive in snow to hurricanes to anything really, I hope someone has encountered this.. Thanks for reading
