Some hacksaws use a d shaped frame, others hold the blade from the back and look like a butcher knife, use one of these and you can modify as needed. Or you can simply wrap some black tape around the first four inches of the blade to fashion a handle, also a small section of rubber hose can be slipped on and used for a handle.
