the 9 is about 1/8 inch bigger in length and width as I have a dead one of each, setting on the bottom of the service cart.

so I bought the scooter, and took it home, the previous owner said it had been at someones house for repair, they never repaired it and they got a DUI and were in jail, his wife got tired of waiting and bought a Bergman.
It came with a new CDI, as that is what the diagnosis was, well I put in the new CDI and the battery was dead, good thing for me, as upon further inspection, the fuel line to the carb was off and hanging, the spark plug was out of the hole and hanging by the coil wire right close to the fuel line, so I put the spark plug in, hooked up the fuel line, swapped the filter, replaced fuel lines as needed, added fuel to the tank, adjusted the valves, both were way tight, and I sure that this was the biggest problem, then found the bowl drain open, I put in a new battery, well it still wouldn't start, so I hooked up a spare plug to the plug wire and grounded it out, it would give a weak spark about every fifth time, so I put on a new coil and it started right up. It would idle fine but not run at higher rpm's, it would bog and one could it hear it seemingly backfire in the exhaust pipe, I tried to adjust the mixture and it made no difference from about a half a turn thru about 5 turns, so I swapped the carb for a new one. It fired right up and runs great now. Just waiting on a brake lever now for the front brake, as it was broken.
Then it will be for sale as well. It cleaned up real nice.
I will be adding some reflective custom graphics to it as well. I will likely go with a tribal along the body to cover up some screw holes where an antenna had been mounted.

I got a 2007 Roketta Bali 150 yesterday. Overall in good shape. It is going to need a little work, but don't they all. This makes it scooter 5 Attachments:

number 1 is fuel in, and number 2 is a bowl drain hose. Hook #1 to your fuel filter.

Been watching ur post for the past two months....your scoot is cursed...bury it.. lol It is her second scooter. Possibly buying a second scooter identical to the troublesome first one might not have been the best idea. It does seem cursed. Seems time to take off enough body panels so you can see all of the connections. Unhook the battery. (put on charger) Take a small bottle similar to your primer bottle and put pure alcohol, in it, also get a can of spray silicone grease. Now what you have to do is carefully unhook each connector, one at a time, flush with alcohol, then tighten the connectors as needed, spray with the silicone grease, so to waterproof the connection in the future, reconnect it and proceed to the next. This way you can clean, check and waterproof all connections. Reinstall body plastic, battery, etc., test. Should take a couple of hours. Good luck.

use a grill cover, they are usually lined with some soft material, available in several sizes, and heavy duty.

if you have to work with the clear hose again, you can take a blow dryer to it to heat it up & soften it to make it easier to work with.

A foot brake?
Your chinometer is reading in km vs. mi.
