Did find some videos of the AutoMoto being ridden at FT in tight turns and the rear wheels did not lift off the ground. The MP3 can do the same and the front wheels stay grounded. The AutoMoto was being leaned radically. We have a dealer in the area, might go over for a test ride when it warms up (a lot). Not buying, just interested.

Thanks, Lefty. The speed would be a factor for sure. My IB Ruckus type never got over 45 and it would shake you to pieces then until I balanced the wheels. The rear axle appears narrow in the pix too. I am not considering one but with being snow bound I have been doing scooter research on the web for entertsainment. Also they push the engine as being a Honda GY6 and that is misleading. I believe that Hoda designed the original gy6 but no longer has the patent on them. After my encounter with the IB 150 bad tranny I am sort of burned out on Chinese scoots. We are going to tear her down this summer and follow David Sr.s suggestion about the bearings. Once fixed she will go on the market. My mechanic owns an IB with the same problem so he will do the wrenching, I will be the helper. For trikes I think your Burgy conversion is the way to go. IB is good if you are good at wrenching which I am not! No offense meant, Jim. Just my IB experience all way round left me feeling negative aboutthe company in general.

I think there is a dealer in Atlanta. I would want to know a lot more about the Sport and The AutoMoto so far as reliability is concerned before I would commit to one. I do like the Sport concept.

Thanks, Jim. I had seen the same report in a couple of forums. AutoMoto is an American Co. that was established in 2008 and is selling under the AutoMoto brand. From what I read they are sold in other parts of isia and Europe. Trikes are used a lot for freight/taxi use in those countries. I would think that the original unit with a top would have problems in windy situations. However the Sport unit doesnt have a top, just introduced this month in America and is being priced at $3800.00. Should prove interesting. Iwoul prefer a 250cc engine instead of the GY6. The mfgr claims it can handle a 380 lb load. any one else have any info to shgare ?

Cookies, we got 6" of snow here in the NGA mountains last Sunday, Locked every thing down from Atlanta north. We have a steep shaded drive, still not passable. Does not happen often in GA but when it does, then it is,'Katie bar the door.' Temp was 19 this morning, has warmed up to the low 30s, willl be 15 tomorrow morning and then up into the 40s. The great melt down starts then followed by flooding.

Larry, what ever does the job. I had always wanted the type trailer that I have, I use it for other things too. I did'nt plan to splurge, was going to get a set up like you have but the devil made me do it!!!!! 8^) The U haul trailer would have been the best idea especially when you consider that he was more than likely renting the big truck!!!!

That scoot is a direct copy of the Taiwanese TGB Delivery offered in 50 & 151 cc engine sizes. I own 2 of them, a 50 and a 151. I call them country scooter riders pick-um-up trucks. I rode the tail of The Dragon out of Bryson City, NC last Sept.. I love mine, great for post office hauls for my home based business. The 150 cruises at 60, tops out at 65. It is set up for Pizza delivery too. That is a 49.3 gallon box and you wouldm be amazed at what you can stuff in it. They are a fun utilitarian ride!!!

For 600 bucks at Tractor Supply I bought an 8" trailer with a long loading ramp. I had been loading scoots up a reinforced wooden ramp into my 10' box truck. It worked but it was a bear to load an unload. I pull the trailer with my TTMH or my Honda CRV. A piece of cake to load or unload. Money well spent!!

Barley Soup? ? Oh, right!!!!!!!!!! I had forgotten that since I quit drinking 35 years ago----kept getting in my way of chasing women. If I cought one, could not remember why I was chasing her!!!! The bridge between here and Ball Ground has been closed due to ice so we are not getting any mail. Parking lot at the wifes job site is frozen solid and her office is closed for a third day and she is working from home. Still major problems with frozen roads here in N. Ga. and Atlanta. The thaw starts Friday. Will be 12 here tonight and tomorrow night but all should be gone when it starts raining on Monday. This has to be a record breaker for GA.. I have lived here for the past 56 years and dont remember a worse one.

I have 2 giant oaks way too close to the house. Fortunately the wind blew the snow off and we did not getm the predicted ice storm. 3rd day now that we cant get off the hill. Snow has a crust on it that supports my 190 lbs, all thendogs are still in shock, the temp started mat 25 and has already droppedmtom 21 with a low predicted to be in the low teens tonight and tomorrow night. Warms up intomteh 30s/40s Sunday and an other front may come in the middlem of next week. Am planning onm trading a scoot for a good slowmobile!!!! MC, 3 cases of what? ?
