I am also having an issue with fuel line clamps. Where can I find some to fit? Could I use zip ties? I looked on partsforscooters and the smallest I see is 5/16 the fuel lines I am using are 3/16.

s1244.beta.photobucket.com/user/A1WABBIT/media/M2U00127_zpscbd981b3.mp4.htmlHere are my issues. 1. The Variator I have is to large for my CVT Cover. Its is now apparent that when I upgraded I got a bigger drive face. Need suggestions on that to do. 2. The Center stand is extremely flimsy. Its like the spring is to loose. I had thought about nor using a CVT cover but the Center stand hits it and that causes a huge problem. Other than that the scoot is doing very well. The Flatside carb is the bees Knees!! it was easy to install and easy to tune!!

What I have done is set the piston to TDC, dropped the cam in and made sure it was spot on, this morning/afternoon I will try to crank it up. That is if my day goes according to plan. Also Alley here is a pic of that fan.

I know this one is weird and I am confused by it. The biggest issue is that this magneto is TINY in comparison to the stock magneto. There are no other marks than the ones I photoed and I was going to just set the timing mark to the bump that I would assume would be the T mark. I made sure that the product was definitely for a GY6 150cc engine but yes that is the product I bought but I got it from Jeramey at Enviromoto.

Trust me Alley this one is untouchable. The wife told me that if I messed with this one she would bust my head. I still have my other project working and parts are coning in this week. I ordered a new crank and new NCY stator kit. I think the other magneto i had was for a 50cc and I think fitment issues were always going to be a problem. if we do not get snowed in this week we shall see what happens with that.

Did the same thing and having the same problems. I made some serious errors with this engine but I think with the parts coming I will be right on track. Make sure you have your valves set to 0.04 on the intake and .004-.005 on the exhaust. Keep us apprised of your progress. I would like to see it work out for you.

I have never had to take it off before and the screw on the top in the back was tight as heck and the screw head on the bottom stripped a little due to the angle I had the screw driver at. I had though there were some easy outs for screws but as of right now no luck.
