We thank Bcgreatness for providing the nice pictures and video (whew, saves me some work!). He'll be our featured scoot of the month for an undetermined time. Thanks bud, Rich 1-31-12Here are the long awaited pics of my scoot. I even took a short video. A question I have for anybody who knows, the last pic of my headlight, is there a chrome piece designed to go around that shape of light or would i have to get a different headlight assembly to get chromed? thanks for looking everybody the video is at the bottom.

yeah black ice is no fun. i was in indiana backing out of a 50ft driveway. as soon as we started to back up we seen a car coming in the road, so we decided to stop so we didnt slide. we still slid, all 50ft of the driveway, out into the highway was at the end of the driveway. the guy in the car seen us sliding so he was able to stop and keep traffic from hitting us lol. nice guy... hey mike, we need to start a new thread titled " warm weather running " and talk about all of the gear we DONT need to ride, and how we have to deal with the opposite of black ice, black top! sound like a good idea? ohh look the temps in the upper 70s today, time for a ride, be back later.
edit: if i cant walk outside half naked without my nipps gettn hard, then its TOO COLD!

Hello fellow docs. BC here again with another review. about a month ago i found myself in need of a new exhaust system. i had traded away my stock setup for an aftermarket carbon fiber exhaust. within a few days it caught on fire while i was riding and burnt a hole slap through the side of it. after a few days of web surfing, i came across excell's store on amazon. they have a few exhaust systems and i was going to get one of their cheaper ones but decided to go with the 124.00$ one instead. placed order, didnt hear anything back after two days. then i received an email stating that my order has been shipped through fed ex. ok well thats good and all, wheres my tracking number? i had to email amazon so they could contact excell so excell could contact me to give me the tracking number. no big deal, just figured they would be kind enough to enclose it in their first email that confirmed my payment and shipping. excell is out of California, and the order came in about a week. sad because tvnacman's order came in 3 days from NY. though i had to pry the tracking number out of them, their service was great. part works fine, just wish they would have send a header to valve head flange gasket with the order that was a mission and a half to remedy. also their bolts to connect the header pipe to the muffler were shabby and vibrated out on a 20 mile trip. i had to get new screws and i used lock tight and some lock washers on each screw after that, plus alot of high temp black rtv silicon as a new gasket. other then that i would recommend them as their prices are on the cheap side. I WOULD STILL CHECK WITH TVNACMAN first to see if he can supply you with what you need as his prices are way better, would have ordered an exhaust system from him but he didnt have one. anyways, if you want to check out excell, heres a link to their storefront on amazon. thanks for reading. yes john i installed the parts within a few hours after i got home from work. SORRY GUYS!!! was going to take pics but it was getting dark when i started putting the parts on. OH MAN does she run better. it ran perfect before but with the new stuff you can feel the beast coming out. before the cdi, coil, air filter, exhaust mods, she would struggle to get to 60 on flats with no wind. today was windy, and she zipped up to about 60-63 with no folly. went on a ride with my woman on the back and it was cruising about 55 @ 7000rpm. i want to put a heavier roller weight combo on my variator amd get a 1500 main spring to hopefully get her to hit 65 @ 7500rpm. the other day before my old muffler burnt up, a cold front was blowing in with high winds, they pushed me to 70mph! dont know how this stock scoot hits those speeds but its pretty cool. did you say you had roller weights john? if so what are their weights? i need to order something else because my regulator still wont work right, lights are dim lol. i will post pics of your parts installed under the 50cc-150cc section tomorrow john. thanks again!

yeah was just looking at them, almost 400$ for a jacket and almost 300 for the pants, thats not including the liners, but the outer ware would suffice without the liners.

steak and cheese wrap?! we dont have those at our bk here ohwell will just have to settle for this steak and jalapeno pizza. yeah so i went on a 20 mile ride with my ol lady after i got the header pipe valve head bolts taken care of. you would not believe how many people ( napa, advanced auto, ace hardware, some motorcycle shop behind napa ) did not have the studs for my scoot. i finally just purchased a 1/4 " x 60 and cut the head off of it and then cut the other piece in two and there i had it, my own two studs. also nobody had a header gasket flange but all they wanted to do was sell me a whole sheet of gasket material just to make one little gasket. sheesh... so i got the super hi temp rtv black silicon gasket maker and put a bunch of that on there. then on my way back from my 20 mile ride the scoot got louder and louder. though it was my issue with the valve head from earlier but turns out where the header screws to the exhaust pipe, the three screws vibrated out and then i lost that gasket too. dug around for a couple more 1/4 " screws, and used the last of the black silicon and fixed that too. took that for a 5 mile ride when it dried and she runs good now. that sux having to deal with all that on a brand new exhaust system.

nice rims, i noticed the dragon rims on ebay require you to have a disk brake in the rear instead of a drum then they offered to sell you the kit as well. well just got my new exhaust system. broke an exhaust bolt off in the scooter where the header pipe goes on the engine. managed to get it out. off to the store for new bolts and gasket...

ouch, gotta have a whopper. i guess you would have to learn quick with all of the island babes and whoppers at stake. my dad keeps trying to get me to go, he even offered to buy my ticket but my woman is afraid i will stay there lol. i do want to go because my grandfathers grave is there. he died in war when my father was only 7 so i never knew him. his headstone is the only thing i have left of him. have to go one day. on a different note, i was talking to my uncle one day while he was in pr, he was asking me to look up wifi spots so he could get on the internet because when he asked people there, they didnt know what in the world he was talking about. he had to explain mcdonalds, free internet, then they were like oooohhhh!! weefee. just thought i would throw that in there.

thats why i avoid ebay for scoot parts because if its coming from china it will take a super long time. also why i posted the one from sears. i like the link you posted of that one on ebay though it looks nice BUT if you read below it says that the video clip was NOT recorded using the same camera LOL!
