I tell customers that the Chinese scooter industry isn't so much a manufacturer-based model as it is an assembly-orientated venture. So what you have are scooter companies that source their components from other smaller operations and do the final assembly. From what I gathered, there are two main makers of plastic bodies. Almost all scooter makers source their body works from one of these two; hence, the reason there are relatively few distinct body styles. The "racer" style is one of the most popular here in the US. We sell that particular style because it is a big-framed 150 that works well for us "oversized" Americans.
