Got another question Alleyoop what does the cam shaft stopper plate do? Will it work with out it? will it work with the Hoca head

I have in stalled a Hoca 58.5 big bore kit /matching head //foam sock air filter/slightly modified exhaust system. any one have a hint at what to start with a main jet? ngk iridum spark plug. I would app any hint can get Thank you Fido 64

Thank you for the info // Is much difference in the quality between brands of the 58.5 kit // I pulled the motor down today The head of the exhaust valve is stuck in the piston . So I am going to need piston and cyl. kit and a complete head assy. Thank you for the info FIDO

__certified mech that is a touchey situation certified by who ASE I have never seen that offered I must admitt it has been a year since my last test but still ? scooter certification .I do not believe there is such a thing . Honda cert. their own I have that /Kawaski their own I have that /ase I have a master for medium truck and school bus I am not blowing smoke I am trying to say their is not a organison in place to regulate this industry

I looked in my so called files did not have any luck.// If I can recall we used a part from a bike a spring loaded arm then put a skate board wheel on it to roll on the chain I remember that cause I had to buy a set of four just to try it but it worked . Look at a mountian bike chain derailer it is not hard to fig what you need to do .You got me thinking now I will look in to doing the same thing .iIf you get it first send me a note.I wish I had kep better notes on all that stuff. But it is the same if I had known that i was going to live this long I would have taken better care of my self. fido

That chain tenisoner will work /When in Miami I mod some 750 Honda Automatics to trikes for the meter maids
we used the same thing to keep the chain tenison right/ I dont remember where I got the bracket but we did use a wheel off a skateboard for the roler//worked great/ I will look in my old paper work to see if I can find it Fido
