I was talking more stroking than bore, I get cylinder kits with head for ~$90 shipped depending on the guys mood lol. Just was thinking a +2 crank it ~200 and a quality jug ~125

a 250cc engine will cost about $900-1000. Upgrading the existing 150 to about 180cc will cost about $600. The advantage to the 250 is its water cooled and will run at the higher speeds with no issues. I have a 61mm BBK(170cc I believe) and can get to 55mph WOT, I get there pretty quick tho (which means final drive gearing can be switched out to achieve 60 comfortably) but again, the temperatures are up there compared to normal and that will cause issues in the long run.

Yeah computer power supplys are "too smooth " to correctly charge a battery like that.

I have wanted to smooth the fins off of a jug and attach a few computer heatsinks the correct orientation covering the whole thing but that is a bit of cash and would take a bit of ingenuity

The air cooled gy6 engines use that fan to cool the engine at all times. If it was not there the engine would quickly overheat and most likely seize. If you were to direct air at the engine from the front of the scoot it would be coming in at a horizontal, 90° angel to the vertical fins of the engine and there would be 0 air flow at a stop. Oh and you are not the only one thinking of using it as a supercharger

5 months and not a scratch on her, just a few bumps from other cars in parking lots. (How the screw do you hit a scooter while parking??!!)

Does it smoke during idle? If so slower wont help. The combustion in the engine forces the rings out, that's why I said to go wot, to force them out against the cylinder and make then seat better.
First thing I did with my new scoot was warm it up good by driving slow then go wot.for about a half mile at a time..I was burning oil at first but it stopped fast

A new engine can burn oil from the start and will do so for a while. But if it suddenly started after 45(kilometers) then it may be a leak past the rings(worst case) or a leak past the head gasket (not so bad, half hour to an hour to replace) or could even just be the rings are not seating good enough, I say go drive it and open her up, go wot for a quarter mile after a good warm up then check if it still is burning oil

My only option was blue or black.... I would rather be seen even tho the black looked good. I'm about to add some led break lighting to my trunk (bright and dim for running lights and break lights) I will have to do a.write up when I do

You can try a smaller belt but if you have a price of the ORIGINAL. Belt that has the numbers you should get the same.size as that one.

If it is one of.the silver aluminum sleeved mufflers the catalytic converter in it has probably fell off of the spot weld that was holding it in place. If you have the tools and the patience to.deal with welding thin metal it only costs the amount of time you are willing to put into.it to make it sound good and quiet and still flow well. (First time welding and at that with an arc welder it took me 3 hours to get everything inside back together and back inside)
