Okay people I've got a good one for every computer geek. I've got a Toshiba L505 laptop and the lcd screen has gone out of it and new one's I've found cost anywhere from $100-$200 and the cost of the machine is around 400 I payed for it a year ago and the warrentee is gone but I don't know if it would be worth buying a new one which I can afford in Feb after the holidays or replacing it? My idea is to wait till the new ipad2 comes out next year or buying something similar. IF there are any suggestions on what I should do here is what I need it for:
1 online college internet wife 100%
2 office
3 light games mainly online games farmville ect... anyone wants to be a neighbor send me a message...
4 used for netlfix sent to my set top box to Finally to h e double hockey sticks with cable.
finally nothing less than what I already have above I figured if I could use the other if its not worth slapping in a blue ray and using it as a home theater. my wifi is free without a limit and watching online show's and even some of the network shows I see and besides internet tv is only a few years away till it becomes a viable option. I have on order a boxee box but can return it now that I've got a laptop that isn't working right and can plug in to my tv. The hdmi cable is insanely cheap these days.

Tell my why someone with a little bit of knowledge couldn't fabricate a pair of ski's onto a scooter. Now for some of you that would say buy a snow mobile I can't afford it but I do have a pair I just wonder if it would work. We got our first snow of the season and it was a slushy mess I had to drive in it to get to treatment and I was thinking on the machine to myself why not take a set of ski's and weld them onto the frame of the scoot just to use during the snow not deep but when the roads are slush to help. Were I live a 3footer doesn't come but every couple of years most of the time its an 1" or less at any given time. LET IT SNOW LET IT SNOW LET IT SNOW!

very funny Luke. No my son and I aren't like Paul jr. When the wife and I separated he said and I believe that mom had a lot to do with his anger issue toward me. I knew in time that his issues would calm down and I knew he wouldn't last no speaking but I'm taking my time with this so nothing messes it up. People might be surprised exactly how old I am. and yes I've already thought about the electric scooter. lmao thanks

The father to be called me today and its the first time in 2 years since we spoke so hopefully this will "clear the air" between us cause even though we haven't spoke he is still my son and I will always love him and his brothers no matter what. I can't wait to SPOIL the child rotten and hand him/her back if you know what I mean!

I found out today I am going to be a grand daddy. My oldest son's g-f is due in June! This is probably the greatest news in my life and I can't wait to hand her/him back when it after I've spoiled her/him. I hope to know what they are having in January. SO do me a favor have a good belt and share the wonderful news with me in this crazy time in life. John
