Ohhhhhhhh. Well thanx for helping me figure that out what caused it, and save me time trying to re-assemble it, None of the peices looked broken so I thought it could be put back together.
By the way, theirs a house for rent down the street from mine. You should rent it! lol

JJosh, Make your pictures 640x480 they are to big. And yes the parts that came apart are from the COVER that is part of your KICKSTARTER. Your belt is a 669 18.1 30 Alleyoop Does your CVT cover look like this one? Yes my CVT cover looks like that one. Sorry about the pics, I took them with my phone and I don't know how to resize them. I fixed kick starter, and found out that the starter benbix is the part that fell apart. Any clue on how to re-assemble it?

THNX ROB63! Thats it. Any clue as to why it dissembled? Maybe the case holds it in place. I saw a video with the cover off and the scooter running so I thought why not? It started then like 2 secs later I herd a sound like gears abruptly stopping and saw pieces fly. Then I cut it off. Thank God my face wasn't close to it.

Part One: My misfortune
So, I kinda had this feeling that my belt was going to break sometime in the near future, and sure enough. I fill up and go on a joy ride and POP. I was stranded for a lil while but on to the main part of my story.
After getting the bike home I opened up the cvt cover to take a look at literally belt crumbs were falling out. My belt is barely recognizable. I found a piece of a piece of the belt that somewhat said 669 so i'm assuming thats the size. But there were shreds everywhere like I pulled out a ball off what seemed to be rubber shavings that accumulated. I had to get pliers to pull out shreds wrapped around and stuck to the variator.
Part two: MY F*CK-UP
SO while everything was open I figured it would be cool to see how things work, so I hit the electric starter....BIG MISTAKE! Like 4 or 5 different pieces fly in different directions, then a spring falls out. I think I gathered the pieces. But now when I hit the starter it just makes a sound like gears are rubbing but not catching. I put the kick-starter/cover back on to see if it would kick, and it was stuck. like wouldn't budge. I didn't put too much pressure because I didn't want to further mess things up.
Please help!
I don't have a replacement belt yet, but I defiantly don't wanna get one and be stuck with a problem I created.
What happen? How do I fix it.

Ide say drain the gas. Sounds like a poor fuel/ fuel delivery problem to me. Especially if all electrical components are working properly.

Thanks guys!
So I put my other carb on to see if that was the problem, but when I took off the old one it was clean out of gas... No evendrop came out when shaken. So its a fuel delivery problem. My gas tank was never properly sealed when I got it. It leaks gas when on Its side or when full it leaks on the slightest tilt. It's coming fron the gas meter side. The gasket was torn, so I took it of to aat least get a little seal. But the fuel pump is stock vacuum powered. Vacuum runs from intake manifold. Sucks from one port on the gas pump witch is mounted on the bottom of the gas tank, then spits out gas from the other port

! More problems! So its Been hot the past few days and last night after I got home. I was playing with the air/fuel mix screw. Revved it wide open throttle. And it was going. Then died. Like instantly. I thought nothing of it because it started again when I tried 10 mins later. This afternoon around 11.30 I was on my way to work. I barely got down the road and it just lost power and died, like instantly. I held the throttle open and it would cut off. And I had to wait a little for it to cool down, then it would start and run for a lil while then do the same samething
