That has happened on almost all cy50-a's Pretty east to change. I like mine like that. Cops can't say I was speeding and hit the brakes to slow down.

You talking about the shape of the head gasket? All will work as long as the middle hole fits the boar. When tightened it Will flatten anyway. Only problem would be a thicker head gasket wich is rare and used for performance applications. Or a thicker base gasket. Both lower compression due to the lowered displacement by gaskets being thicker and increasing the space I the combustion chamber.

In my years of experience, no. Increased cvt noise = problems. Or potential problems. A good working and or tuned cvt. Will work smooth and quiet. And accel smooth. Weights and clutches ware out. especially the cheap ones.

If you just installed a kit and had no leaks before. It's more than likely. "The base gasket". Make sure you scrapped ALL of the old gasket material off the cylinder and crank case. Or it can be an oil seal. If it were that you would have oil in the cvt OR where the fan cover is. If the fan cover, it would be coming from behind the flywheel, wich means yiu need a new oil seal.. Not hard to do With this forum.

In my experience. The cheap clutches and sometimes stock always end up breaking Or malfunctioning. They are just built cheap. Buy Another cheap one to last like 4 months. Or spend good money for a good one. Variators commonly go to. Buy a scale (Not for weed) and weight your roller weights. If the are off they create a vibration and slowed accel. And some time stress out clutch. I've throw belts because off the variator and clutch at different times, different. Part each time.

If you ask me they all break unless they are Honda brand wich is the original idea. Chinese or Japanese, both usually have problems. As long as you have common sense and know the basics about engines it shouldn't be a problem. Plus you have Google and forum like this. It's easy. If you have the money go Honda. If not keep your tools on deck. But once you work out the kinks. Its nice and reliable.

I had a clutch that broke all my belts before. Change it and the belts stopped breaking.

I planned on using the cheap "disposable" kits from ebay to start then get an good kit I plan on keeping. But i'd rather have non stroked crank and have the flexibility to use any part vs. always having clearance issues and having to get curtain parts.

What extra has to be done to use a stroker crank. Ive herd things like needing spacers or a longer cam chain? How would I go about getting the items?

Yes. Its easier to change the outlet fuse than the gps's fuse. All cars cigarette lighter have fuses even though some of the devices used have one.
