The bendix was never in the scooter to begin with. Can't be hitting it.

My belt reaches the to pof the variator too quick and the belt shredds. Would a larger one help? I already have lighter weights on the way. Stock was 6.3gm. I tried going higher with 8. It just goes slower and doesn't rev as high.

It's not hitting the bendix, because I took it out. I wasn't having this problem before I fixed my exhaust leak, got a new carb, with 85 jet. And I just put a free flow air filter in too. I have a video of it running. I'm Gunna try to post it when I get home.

So I've upgraded parts in the engine and it revs a lot better and higher than before. But when watching the variator the belt goes all the way, maybe even past the variator. And it flops around and you can see the rubber shavings falling off. How do I fix this? Bigger variator? Bigger belt would probably come off. Also i replaced the last belt with a cheap belt. I know how to get it on but in what order do you put the variator, belt and stuff back on. My belt shredded so I never seen the correct setup.

Hi, I need a new body for my bike.
The manufacturer is: Zhejiang Summit Huawin Motorcycle Co.,Ltd
year/month: 07/2008
I think the model is a Huawin 50qt-5
The side says magnum 50 50qt
Anyone know where I can find parts?

Does size matter as long as its not too short? Mine keeps getting stuck at full throttle and I keep having to manually close the carb.
Also what can I use as a temp replacement?

When I take off my airbox, mine sounds like that. Have you changed the stock air-box or changed or gutted your current exhaust?

I got a separate hose and unplugged the fuel pump vaccum and used the hose to suck in the oil. Leak was at manifold. The exhaust won't reach the mount holes on the bike. When I first put it on I had one screw in to hold it up, thus not lining the manifold up correctly. I guess the bbk's exhaust port was further out then stock. Not when I plug the exhaust hole she builds pressure and dies :-) Thanx for the help guys.

A knock it too much. Your valves are being hammered instead of pushed

Durability wise. I just want it to last awhile, and be able to withstand a little heat

When your belt broke, your variator weights(rollers) fell out of place. Open the variator and put them back
