Its the same size for 50cc. A little shorter in width front to back. I dont even know if its hitting it. I see scraped on curtain parts of the belt. Not a consistant line.

So whats the solution to the belt hitting the bendix? I would just take it out, by my stupid cheap cvt cover cracked in a way that the kickstarter is not an option

Maybe the bulb is half blow? My high beams went out too. But low still worked. Then I would smack the light and it would turn on but cut off shortly after... Now its the opposite way low wont work but will when smacked, but high work.

Yep, any I idea where I can find the face plate? The second piece besides the variator that the belt squeezes between?

I knicked mine while trying to remove variator without an impact wrench. I reckon that would cause more belt problems. Also the cheap plastic fan is trash. Do you know where I can find these as a set or whole? I only see the 150cc's with fan integrated into the drive face plate. I checked ebay but they only sell them in sets with the variator. I just bought a new one.

Piece of the belt actually came off, and smacked me and my gas line. I had to make my great escape. lol Yesterday I re-resticted my intake with stock, and stock carb and jet in hopes that that would fix the problem. No luck.... I was riding to test it out, herd the belt make a noise and the engine died. When I opened the cover the belt was inside out? ?? How the screw did that happen? The belt is pretty much wasted at this point, but i'm using it to test, before I put the new one on. Everytime I put the belt on the right was it ends up inside out. Also when compressing the clutch to get the belt back on, I noticed a rubber ring in the middle, where the belt woulld end up touching at high rpm. Its not broken belt because its perfectly round. I'm kinda questioning why this is there. I'm super annoyed! When can't the belt just go on like a normal bike and work.

I got lighter ones on the way, I just dont wanna wait. You think if I took two out and moved the other ones in a way that when it spins one side isn't heavier it will work?

The bendix was never in the scooter to begin with. Can't be hitting it. Gunna post a video today. A piece of the belt came off and started flapping around while filming so I ran. Lol
