Something occurred to me, could the light be indicating low charging output? Would the coil / CDI fail to keep up at higher throttle if voltage output was low? Because it was just flickering occasionally and about 2 minutes before power got weak it was on solid - gonna have to dig in more when I get home today. Hate it when one of my babies is sick  That could very well be. just like your car, if the alternator goes out, the red light comes on It was flickering, then went, and the bike died. Looks like stator/recrifier time and maybe a new battery |

Ya alley when I get a day to ride 1069 miles round trip. Sure thang. I'm sure that out of all the members on this board & 3 others. That someone has bought a kit to install or preinstalled scooter. Thanks Dave In all honestly Dave, I haven't seen anyone here that has done a trike conversion on their scoot. Most of the 'trikers' here have bought theirs as is. I got a trike cause I'm physically challenged. Alley got his cause he's stability challenged. And there aren't any, that I can think of at the moment, that did a trike conversion. Everyone here likes their scoots as is. I have seen, on CL and Ebay some scooter Tow Pac type conversions, but that's about all. I, too, am toying with the idea of getting a 150 or 250 scoot and trike it out. For some reason I like the Ruckus/Ruckus clone as a trike. Let us know how your 1069 mile trip turns out!! (LOL) Dave |

hahaha! that's neat, really they have coconut grater in the pilipines too? cool! but it'll take you one week to grate one ball of coconut with that puppy! lol, but it's a work of art for sure The wife could clean out a husk in but a couple minutes. Or get her sisters to help while I sat there and had a cold San Miguel Life then was simple and much easier |

ha,,,no but i really think trikes are super heavy,i dunno ,maybe i'm wrong. i! Just remember a previous discussion. Some of us ride trikes out of necessity. I would much rather be back on my Goldwing or my 1100 Shadow Sabre, but I never will. So, I ride a scoot trike that I don't have to balance or shift. Necessity. Remember that the next time you bash Alley, and all trikes. |
