They LOOK like hydraulic adjusters, but then I'm not there looking at them in person either. What I would do is put it up on blocks or jack stands or something to support the bike and then mark the position of the screws then slowly adjust them and see what it does. You can always put them back if it causes problems since you marked them.
They seem to control the hydro pressure on the bearings, so I would thing they have something to do with the steering.

They rent out the scoot coupes to tourists. Less to clean up when they run over something. LOL
We see the world's worst drivers here. They all come to Hawaii like Mecca or something.
You can get a coupe for maybe $1500-$2000 used. Or buy a new one for $6k
Speed limits are mostly 35mph, freeways are 55 in a few areas 60.

How many of you wear a helmet? Which one? I currently have the FX-43 which I got because I had to have a helmet right then and it's what was in stock.  This is the one I'm getting next. Notice the built-in shades inside the outer shield.  |

The CVT cover is there just to keep junk from getting into the system and jamming it up. I think you could just use some RTV as a gasket. Now, if you're talking about a different part of the CVT, then... Ask Alley or Rich.
A no limit CDI is a good idea if you want to run full throttle all the time. It will let you.

I like to sit at the edge of the car/truck in front of me so I can dodge next to it if someone is coming at me from behind. In the car, I can't move and that makes me a big target for the tourist.

Frankly, up until recently it used to bug me, but now, I just keep on loving her no matter what. She's my wife and I love her more every day.
I still like my me time on my bike.
Just wanted to add this... Listen to the words and think about how much you love your wife. Yes, It's about Jesus, but then isn't that how we are supposed to love them anyway?
