Thanks Alley...I'll be sure to have Larry read this so he'll have an idea of where things are. Luke: I don't think I'll be going to San Diego none too soon LOL. I may, eventually go to Orange County though. Thanks Cookees. I'll make sure to tighten the lug nuts after 25 miles.

Yuma's about 191 miles from Topock..LLOL. I know there are people out here with scooters. I see them now and then zipping by but I can't seem to actually talk to any of them. They're probably snowbirds though.

Thanks everyone. My husband is not saying such nice things at the moment...LOL. He's had to pretty much redo everything on it. I won't go into the names he's called it...LOL.
Alley, I'm going to post the rear end pics soon so check back in a little bit. ;-)

I'll do that today Alley. He's going to have it apart for quite a while. The trunk cable had to be adjusted so as per your post on another site, he took the front apart to get to the cable. He had to do a little drilling and adding of two bolts to hold the trunk on securely. Then he had to redo the trunk latch as it wouldn't let me open it either. I'm thinking this trike was made on a Monday or a Friday... It looks like he's going to have to do some work on the linkage also.

Hey All... I got my trike last night and OMG, it was a bear getting it into the garage. The delivery guy did get his truck all the way up to the garage but once there, we still had a hard time getting that huge crate inside the garage. It took some muscle and sweat but we got it in there. Whew. Unpacking it was a breeze but when we, my husband and I were inspecting it, we could get the seat to open. We searched high and low for something to open it with...no latch, no keyhole, nothing. So I came online and googled the problem. Thank you Alley and Mike...you helped someone else a year ago and it was still posted. I went back out and turned the key to the left and Voila!!! it sprung open and all the nuts, bolts, manuals, mirrors, etc, were there. Thanks again to you both. I'll post pics once we get it together.

Thanks Alley and Dave. I've wanted a trike for a long time but couldn't afford the big ones that cost as much as a small house. LOL. When I stumbled onto the Ice Bear Zodiac, I just had to have it. The price is great and it's a big enough bike for me. ;D

Thanks to you both. I'll put O.B.O. on it and see if I actually get a real bite.

I'm getting an Ice Bear Zodiac 300cc. We ordered it about a month ago and it just got in on Friday. As soon as it goes through customs, it will be delivered. Hopefully I'll have it just after Thanksgiving.

I put my TaoTao CY50T scooter up for sale and have had a lot of bites but am being told my price might be too high. I'm asking $600.00 for it. I got it in July or August and it's got 845 miles on it. It's clean and runs great but I'm getting a bigger bike...a trike actually. So all you guys out there...is $600.00 too much to ask for it?
