The MP3 works better but the radio works fine on mine. You can actually hear it if you are moving less than 10 mph.

Does the little light come on in the corner when you press the button?

Ugh, got Kickstand, but it needs a different size bolt. I will see if I can find a hardware store substitute.

Received kickstand in the mail today, will install it tomorrow.
Should look better than broken stand with channel locks attached.

I definitely don't look thru the plastic on my Honda scoot, and the air goes over my head. So I know this isn't true. It can be done.

Thanks for the info! I think I'm going to put Halogens in.
Should I start with one or just do both?

That's a very good price for a whole windshield, I'm more likely to buy that than another laminar lip.
I worry about it being a bit too tall for her, I don't want her looking through it, I just need air redirection.
I also like the relief of backpressure I get with my extension.

What is the most popular windshield extension out there for the yy250t?
I have a Laminar Lip on my Honda and I think its results are wonderful.
I paid nearly $100 for it however which I think is absurd. It's a slightly curvy piece of plastic with some 3M Dual Lock dots.
Obviously I'm cheap, so is there a better option our there or should I just make my own? I learned how to work with plexiglas in Industrial Arts class in the 8th grade. It has only been 30 years since then...

That looks awesome. I'm not sure it's worth the money, but it really looks great.

IMO there is nothing more uncomfortable than a helmet that is too small.
Having my cheeks pushed in is exactly how I tell if a helmet is too small for me. Yes, they do loosen up a bit when you wear them, but not enough for that. And they don't really shrink that way, it's more of a loosening in the skull area, not a widening.

Kickstand

I tried that, but she wants something she can set before she gets off so the bike won't fall over. She hasn't been able to get it on the center stand by herself yet but I think I can teach her. Even so I'd like to find a kickstand. It's easy to take off and put on, if I can just find the right part.

I think it'd use a different seat, my butt hurts just looking at that thing, but yeah, that Urban Assault version looks like the nutz.

Kickstand

Unfortunately the kickstand I ordered for my wife's scooter didn't work. The hole was too small and there was no peg for the spring.
The original kickstand works, but the prong that lets you kick it down with your foot got broken off somehow.
Does anyone know where I can get a kickstand that will fit on a Jonway yy250t scooter?
If it comes down to it I will try to find someone to weld a new prong on the old kickstand.
