Are these bolts available anywhere? I have no idea what happened to them. I'm mostly worried about the two bolts in the first picture that hold the muffler assembly on.

My Shen 250 (YY250T) is missing some bolts. If anyone knows where I can order replacements I'd really appreciate the information. Here's a picture of the two missing bolts: On the other side it looks like there should be something here: Thanks!

Does anyone have a picture of this fuse? So many kinds of car fuses I'm not sure which you're talking about.

I use one of these on my Honda, it works great. No issues so far.
You can still twist your throttle when it is locked so don't worry about it getting "stuck." It just adds enough tension that the throttle doesn't return by itself.

Awesome. I was thinking vice grips but I wasn't sure. I'll do this when I get home from Tgiving Vacay.

That sounds doable. I'd really like to soften them up if I could.
How exactly did you vise them back in?

It's not just the Chinese Scoots, my Honda Silver Wing is off by 10% too.

Well, Dr. JR, it sounds like he has my engine but he has your electrics? A YY/B hybrid? I think hes confused and has the Lihani motor not the CN250! My 244cc CN 250 has the fuse box with 4 10 amp fuses and the 15a inline by the battery I have no other 20amp fuses hes shown but have seen them on the Lihani clone but never on a Honda clone? easiest way to tell Pop is to look at the CVT cover if u got 2 bolts it the Honda clone 244cc if theres like 8 bolts I think then u got the lihani heres what the CVT cover of the Honda 244cc clone engine looks like One of those two bolts is missing on my scoot. It was like that when I got it. Should I take the other one out and see if I can match it for a replacement? I have had zero problems with this scoot since I adjusted the valves.

I believe I am going to add one of these to my Shen. The current speedo is both difficult to read and inaccurate. This looks like a very elegant solution.
Was it difficult to calibrate?

That describes my experience almost exactly. I get some occasional squeak when the brake is not applied. It's not just at low speed though and when it's going on it's very annoying.

I hadn't even considered the brake handle section. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll give it a try.

The rear brake on my scooter is really hard to apply, you really have to squeeze the duckens out of it to work. Also when you don't squeeze it there seems to be occasional squeakiness out of it.
What would you recommend I look at first? Are the brakes tough to work on? I've changed the brake pads on car disc brakes before, and they look similar.

I like the seat on mine even more than the seat on my Silver Wing. It's just more substantial and the stitching is beautiful. I haven't ridden it more than a couple of hours at one time though so maybe on a longer ride it would get to me.
