I plan on scuffing my pads with a dremel sanding drum. I notice that only parts of each pad seem smooth which tells me that the surfCe isn't true. Maybe sanding down those smooth areas which are high spots will help grab better?

Ally I set mine at .003 this time rather than 002 like I usually do. Is much louder. Hope it's mechanically ok to do it that way. I run full synthetic and notice that just using that oil makes the mechanicals louder. I guess its thinner

Everybody has em.
One thinbg Ive noticed is that the noise from valves at .003 is much more pronounced than at .002 but runs better.

Bike been runing fine but decided to check the valves anyway and I found the exhaust was closed up where a .002 wouldnt slide in. Set it to .003 and what a difference ! Been 1000 miles or so since the last adjustment and a gradual reduction can probably go by without much notice. The intake was still spot on at .003 but that small change can make a huge difference in performance.

Your statement is very confusing. Anyway its never a good idea to run any engine without a filter. Secondly if it runs fine without any filter then it had to have been way too rich before and should have run like crap then.

I like this Bintelli a lot! Looks alot loke my BMS but has subtle differences that i like including color. Destin Fla will ship for 100 bucks and its the same price as the BMS I have now

Most of the 50s ive seen have some sort of use for vacuum lines. Since i have changed over to a gravity fed fuel delivery I have only one vacuum port on my intake and its plugged off. What if anything else is using vacuum to operate? Carb slide maybe?
