ill drain and refill it and see. Its the only place it is leaking from. I rode today for the 1st time in a week and i only had this problem 1 time before and that was just after i rebuilt the engine. i was thinking maybe the increased speeds may have something to do with it. I still have not taken it over 50mph so i guess that would not be the cause. What makes me upset is that it makes my wheel dirty  |

Heres a new one on me...i went for a ride this morning and when i got home i noticed my wheel was covered in oil. I panicked at 1st since the engine is only 3 weeks old. Once i started to look closer i seen the cvt cover was covered as well.
Something has started to push the gear oil out of the little hose. I dont see anything apparently wrong with it.
Has anyone had this happen or seen this before?

yea thats what i did but i could not get the damn thing to stop surging. I went from 1-4 turns on the a/f screw. I gave up and put the old cv carb back on until next week sometime. I did find out that what i bought was a china knockoff(f*&kin pos). I spoke to an Oko dealer and he sent pics of an original and china version. The issues im having are exactly what everyone else is having with these crape carbs. I will get the Oko back on there but i have to wait until it comes in next week. Here are the sample pics he sent me...Genuine Oko parts are on the right.     Genuine Oko Packaging    And this is what you dont want to see on the back on a Oko box when it is truly made in Taiwan..My box  Under that Made in China sticker it does say Made in Taiwan. I love the Chinese scooters but the people who make knockoff carbs are getting on my nerves. |

which way should i go if it is running rich (black smoke on acceleration) im running a 133/35 and im not sure if i need to adjust the needle or not.

damn now the carb is starting to surge...i thought i had it solved. time to rejet...lets see how long this is going to take. I know nothing about jetting this carb.

Does anyone here and a stock disc/disc setup? Im trying to find out how the mirror mounts on the left side. If you use a universal mirror mount it hits the blinker switch.

its a geely...i have the wiring diagram and i have made a wiring harness for it about 1 yr ago. My issue now is when the switch stuck it over heated a wire..i just need to pull the harness and find out which one. i suspect it is going to be from the regulator since everything has checked out ok so far.

150cc ..it was a stuck switch that caused the initial issue, but now i think it is the pickup coil.
I have no evidence of melted wires however, these wires where very hot after the 2 minutes it took me to unhook the battery.

Now I have no spark...replaced stator about 2 months ago, cdi and regulator 3 weeks ago. I wonder if a wire is bad since they start switch got stuck and it ran the battery down before I could disconnect it. It started fine before I changed the carb.

Today i was installing my new carb and when i put the key in it just started to turn over. I removed the key and the switch and it still does it. so no that my battery is dead im racking my head to figure out why?
any suggestions?

so today i went and got a new 30mm KEIHIN carb and WOW did it wake up this setup.  I also added all new 9g rollers. |

I forgot to mention that i think i found the cause of the oil getting to the spark plug as well. Notice the nicks in the side of the piston.  and somehow a piece of the skirt got broke off.  Im glad i did a complete rebuild and i dont have to worry about any stray pieces flying around in the case. |

I have had to replace the center part of the case before and when i put them all together they did not match up 100%. The jug fit in nice and i had no issues at all.
