Once again i'm relying on you lot to help me out,Recently brought a scooter that needed alittle tlc,decided to rebuild the top end and install a 70cc naraku cylinder,piston,cylinder head.ect, i took of my exhaust and someone nicked it so thats on my agenda to buy another one,tried to start it and when it does kick it its sounds jumpy then it's a sudden stop can't rev as i have no control over it,desided to do a compression test and my reading is 100/110 psi max with throttle open, cannot find the correct compression reading online anywhere so i don't know wheather this is correct or not, the engine has 0 miles on it.. i have taken the the cylinder kit off and looked for damage anywhere the only thing ive seen is a a lttle score mark on the bore does't feel pitted of gruved just a mark,, do you have to compression test with the exhaust on ? any help please

Hi Guys I have a weak on my 50cc rebuild it seems jumpy,Do you need a earth ? fitted a new stator and seems weak ? anyone know what voltage should be coming from the stator when engine is been cranked ? can i check what current is coming from the sparkplug cap by using a mulitimeter ?
any info would be so much appreciated thanks guys

what's worth running, rebuild my bike from ground up. Debateing shall i put my standard box on or get a sports filter.... 50cc to 70cc
New cylinder head,barrel,piston.
Racing reedvalve,ect ect

Hey guys so i've got a problem my front indicators are badly damaged on my sachs sx1 finding replacements are like rocking horse sh*t and new ones are £45.00 each no chance so instead i plan to fill the hole where the indicator used to sit inside the body panel at the lower bottom and replace them with some led type small indicator upper handlebar level. so my question is whats the rules and regs on front indicators been placed (uk) will they pass an M.0.T with the change ?

Come across what I believe is a exhaust air valve with tubes coming off not attached to anything. removed of the frame that it was attached too.Recently changed my cylinder,piston,head, do you have to have this connected to something or am I okay leavening it off.. any idea's whats it used for

Would it not be cheaper to just rebuild your original one or find a 2nd hand one ?

Recently changed out the old 50cc piston/barrel installed a new naraku 70cc piston,barrel,head.Changed the oil pump,oilgear,then stator,flywheel.After i done all that 21mm carb 90 jet racing reedvalve i do not have a airfilter installed.
the problem i'm having is i can get the bike to start but its rough as anything it has no exhaust yet either (loud) i'm not getting any responce out of the throttle at all.i noticed some fuel coming from the exhaust port and when it stops it's like it stops dead straight away.then just i installed the old carb and its doing the same standard 50cc 12mm carb. could this be electricial or overfueling or #? i have no idea's except pull the engine back out and tear down and rebuild..

What's your compression like?. remove sparkplug put thumb over hole crank engine ?
