ONE THING AT A TIME HOBBS, you have some things hooked up wrong on that trike. That is the OEM AIR FILTER that the TRIKES comes with Actually hardly an AIR FILTER if you ask me if you look inside there is a foam piece about 1/2 thick and about 2 inchs in diameter(HAHA). Basically the trikes already come with what we would call a performance air filter sucks in a lot of air. Alleyoop Follow that hose on the AIR FILTER and tell me where it goes.

I was afraid you were going to ask me that. This thing has vacuum hoses that go to vacuum hoses that connect to vacuum hoses.
I'll go look.

Well that is what I believe is causing your throttle problem. It is loosing vacuum from someplace and that is because the hoses are HOSED as one would say(HAHA). Not a problem we will get it all straightened out. Now Here is another question on the Carb ACV VALVE there should only be ONE VACUUM HOSE what in the world is TWO CONNECTED TO? Alleyoop YOURS: REGULAR CONNECTTION:

One problem i see is this bogges vacuum hose connected to nothing really which would case a vacuum leak.

I could remove it. But then I have 2 ends that might suck air. I might have a carb plug from my chevy that might fix it. I'll have to look. Do I need to plug both ends?? carb? I know I have to plug the other one.

Alleyoop, question for you. The carb came that way from the dealer. I have no open ends (that I can see) when it's hooked up. Do you think I should still change it???

I don't care how it came they are IDIOTS they just sell crap. You are misunderstanding LOOK at the Picture of the CARB I PUT UP after yours up a few posts SEE THE ACV VALVE it ONLY HAS ONE CONNECTOR. So take the Hose off next to the SCREW ON YOURS and I will bet there is nothing behind that hose but a little bump but no hole going into the VALVE. Here is what I believe you need to do JUST FOR THE CARB PART. There maybe other wrong connections. SEE THE YELLOW LINE I PUT ON THERE THAT ALL SHOULD COME OUT AND OFF(NOT NEEDED AND WRONG).

Ok, there is no hole there Which means all the hose is doing is stopping an air leak from the 3 way connector. I'll look and see if my old carb has a 2 way connector and change it out. Altho it won't change anything since it's just a dummy hose.
