Yep, it appears you have a EVAP system and there is a another canister someplace and that other VACUUM hose on the other side of the INTAKE MANIFOLD is most likely connected to. Alleyoop

Well, that's it for tonight. It's getting too dark to see out there and it's raining lil ice balls.

Well at least it takes throttle a much better so we are getting there BUT it is still not right there is a AIR LEAK someplace. I would try this, Take that vacuum hose on the throttle cable side the one that WE THINK goes to the Charcoal Canister for the EVAP system and Block plug that connecter on the INTAKE MANIFOLD. Then start it up and see if it takes throttle better. This is to see if that VACUUM line down the line that we cannot see is leaking or maybe not even connected and it is loosing vacuum. I have only found 2 pictures of the carb in the Chinese manual covering the Eagle and Z-Bike that show any thing about the carb. It's from a 97 motor. It shows nothing of the vent lines tho. I REALLY would like to know what goes to the top of the canister and where it comes from. I believe it's a 5/8 hose and there's got to be another 5/8 fitting some where.

These are cold blooded motors, it's already up to 30 degrees out side and the poor motor don't want to stay running. Starts quick tho.

I put the line back on the carb and moved the screw to 3 turns out. It runs better but still idle downs slow.

No you plugged the wrong connecter See the picture LOOK AT THE GREEN ARROW, take that vacuum hose off and plug the connecter on the INTAKE MANIFOLD and see if it takes throttle better. That vacuum hose goes to the front of the gas you said so maybe that hose is cracked and or not connected and is loosing vacuum. READ THE GREEN TEXT I PUT ON: And by the way here is my carb how it came from 2009. Here the only thing I had done is put in a MANUAL ENRICHER.

THAT'S IT!!!! That's where the prob is. It starts nice, keeps running, warms up nice, idles down when warm, the idle adjustment screw finally works like it should and It is SNAPPY BOTH UP AND BACK TO AN IDLE.

Now, what do you suggest? Try and find the air leak or just plug them both up?

I'm thinking that part that is sucking air MIGHT be part of the California emission control. That why I asked if I should try and fix it or PLUG it.

YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA TEAM, found the damn leak. Well Hobbs usually what I tell the guys with that emission crap on is to just take it off. Find the hose right by the gas tank and just put a FUEL FILTER on the end of it and tie it higher than where it comes out from the tank and your done Zip Tie that plug on that connecter and VIOLA ride baby ride. Alleyoop
Video how it sounds now HOBBS love when the crap comes together.
