I'll plug it. Then I don't have to remove the 6 panels on the left side. I don't think I am going to worry about what the hose is or for on the other part.
Alleyoop, thanks for sticking with me through all this. I DID need your help. Having the camera to take pictures and movies sure help in matters like this.......
I know a heck of a lot more now about the trike then when we first got it.

Thats cool, If your riding on a long haul and it acts like it is running out of gas, just crack the Fuel Cap so it vents. Or you can plug that line up an drill a 1/16 hole in the fuel cap to vent the gas tank. Or when you happen to have to get to that part for something else just discoonect the hose coming from the gas tank to the canister and add a fuel filter on the end of it to keep dirt out just so it vents. Alleyoop
And yes PICTURES AND VIDEOS I always say are worth a thousand words.

Mornin Boys, Alleyoop, I'll get that Video up today. cyborg, I did luck out finding this site, I found this one and one other. I asked two questions on the other one and never got one answer from them, yet got my problem fixed on here. I'm grabbing my sleeping bag and moving in. Alleyoop and others sure did help, I thank y'all for that. As for the "kentucky line plug", "Maxim utilization of available resources" I'm going to change that out with a fuel filter, I think that will keep any dust out of the line, altho it is a nice tool holder. With y'alls help we made the Wife very happy Explain a piston please.

Mornin Boys, Finding an air leak can be a pain. But what a diff it makes after you find and fix it. I did wait till it warmed up to 32 degrees before I started it. Before.
After.

Mornin Boys, I took it for a ride yesterday. It's response is nice. The carb is fixed. I can only hit 34 mph getting out of the holler, but it's a steep holler. 53 mph on flat roads. It's not my old knuckle head, but it's FUN to ride. It's snowing now and it MIGHT drop to -15 today, so it's staying in the car port for a while. I wonder if they make snow chains for these tires??

Sounds like it is moving out smartly, getting up to 53mph on the flats. Concerning the 34mph out of the holler. QUESTION: as your going up the hill are your RPMS dropping a lot? If so we can get it to do a little better going up hills. Alleyoop

Afternoon Alleyoop, The rpm's are dropping a lil, but heck, it is a steep hill. What's ya thinking? I haven't pulled the 6 panels off in 2 or 3 days now, I am getting kinda bored.
