joshua, nah that's just part of the joke package...it's not serious. Good to know! But I've got to warn you... there are only two people on this planet that I allow to call me Joshua... My mom and my wife... and it usually means I'm in trouble.

I wouldn't be here if I didn't have a scooter. What would be the point? I bought a ukulele, so I joined a uke site. Now, what I want to know, is do I have to have a scooter for each forum I belong to? That would be about 7.

No. I've seen your scooter collection on another site. Of course you seem to be partial to the color red.

Speaking of owning scooters, I could be wrong but I am sure there is a mod at another scooter forum that does not have a scooter! I been wrong once or twice in my life but this mod talks about every thing in the world but his scooter and his riding one! john

Scooterchick - just flip the pix and get double the coverage out of 1. Helps hold down landscaping costs too!

I wouldn't be here if I didn't have a scooter. What would be the point? The point is there really isn't any place for me. I found the SD (Side of Darkness) site first and then came here. If you understood my "bike" you might know that it has many things in common with scooters and is very different in many other ways. It's not a bicycle, motorized bicycle, moped, scooter, or motorcycle. IT'S A PIZZER and I like it, even if it does Pizz me off! I'd love it if it were a more reliable machine. It will be after heart transplant surgery. So why a scooter forum?? Just try to find a motorbike forum! M/C

Not to mention 2 exhaust pipes and 2 side stands.
M/C - Of course you're a member of the family with your ride. Think of it from the standpoint that we all ride bikes that aren't cruisers or big touring bikes.

Nothing wrong with a hard-to-classify bike! Thanks Denise, I take that with the sentiment I'm sure you were trying to express. However I am the first to say there is a lot wrong with this hard-to-classify bike. M/C - Of course you're a member of the family with your ride. Think of it from the standpoint that we all ride bikes that aren't cruisers or big touring bikes. And thank you Professor. It is kind of an odd classification of two wheeler and believe me the most often ask question I get "Why didn't you get a ... " To answer this question to all who have ever asked or anyone here who cares is this, MADcollie comes from being a little crazed, wacked, strange, insane BUT NOT ANGRY. I march to the same drum as everyone else, I just do it with a better drummer. ;D M/C

Hey M/C - like you're the only one who is a little different? How about us who ride Korean and are surrounded by a sea of China scoots? Besides, how many of us here aren't a little bit "odd"? LOL! Ride what ya got and be proud of it! Anyhow - you're our resident expert on the Whizzer!

Can't stop laughing, thanks Larry! I mean Professor. I didn't mean to come off as being defensive, hell I knew going into my buy that this is what I would have to deal with. A long term project, put $$, sweat, and a few racked knuckles into it and LEARN. (kinda like college)
IF, no WHEN, I have this pile-o-parts together and running as I envision it I would be honored to share my experience with ALL that care to should read.Until then I wanted to make sure I didn't make any new or potential member think I was coming down on anyone for something they posted.
To that end, ScooterChic, please don't take my post as snapping back at you. Your statement was fine but stuck a cord, as in why are people always telling me what I should have bought?
I came here cause I did/ do / and will like scooters even if I can't afford and/or find one that says "ME". Blessed are those that HAVE found their scooter-mate. RIDE ON!!!
Besides, this forum is just plain FUN!
M/C
