I know that other members have had issues with engines from this company, but I figured that they could`nt screw up a small order such as a helmet . I was wrong . Went by the sizes on their website, ordered an Extra-large, got a big head ;D.The helmet is labeled XL but is too small by half. My 10 yr old nephew might be able to wear it. So,Do not buy anything from them. They just don`t care about their customers at all. They will not return my emails and can not get them on the phone to correct this.

Don't know how many times I have to warn everyone on here about T-Motorsports.. They are the worst company known to man. The owner Michael Teng is a piece of garbage like his company. They don't give a crap about nothing about selling garbage and once its paid for its paid for.. I again WARN EVERYONE... Do NOT buy from T-Motorsports, gold3388gold, TMShelmet.. They are all the same company on Ebay..

I would just like to add my experience to this thread.
I was cautious, after reading this thread, to place an order with T-Motorsports on ebay. I was looking for an inexpensive helmet and they had one that fit the bill: Full Face, Dual Visor, Matte Black. I measured my head and I came out on the bottom end of an XL by their chart. My current helmet is a L, so I decided to order a L. Shortly after placing my order, I realized I accidentally ordered a M and e-mailed them. After a few hours, I got a response back saying that they couldn't swap the size ordered because of their inventory system, but would cancel the order and I could re-order the right one.
That goes as planned and I place the order for a L. Within a few hours, I get an e-mail from them that the helmet I ordered (slightly different model from the first one, Gloss Black) was in fact not in stock that I could either wait for the shipping container to come and they'd reduce the price, or they could cancel the order and give me a discount on my next helmet order (within 3 months).
I chose to cancel the order. After re-reading this thread about their helmets running small, I went back to their ebay store and found an XL of the matte black helmet. I placed the order and requested the discount price. No problem. I paid the full price and they refunded the difference.
A few days pass and the helmet arrives. Yes, its a little small. Considering that by the chart I'm on the bottom of a XL, they definitely run small and I may have wanted to order a XXL. But, I think the padding may break in a bit and it'll fit just fine.
The helmet itself does look pretty nice, but you can tell its cheap.
The outer shield appears to be good quality, I didn't notice any distortion. The inner sun shield wasn't as crisp, but still not bad. I wore it for the first time today while riding.
This was my first experience with a full face helmet... let me tell you, that took some getting used to. I've been primarily wearing a 3/4 HJC with a full shield.
As for T-Motorsports, my experience was that their products are cheap, but they responded in a reasonable amount time to my communications and helped me through a few snags.

They are all the same company on Ebay.. I found out too late to benefit from your post here. A long story here but the engine I ordered from them on ebay was supposed to be complete but wasn't. I couldn't get any satisfaction from the company, and was told I don't "need" the part as it will run without it....even though it was shown in the listing and could only return the engine at MY expense. That just wasn't going to happen so I filed a complaint through ebay. First response from vendor was as above, ship it back at MY expense. I escalated the complaint to ebay arbitration and within hours I had a link to a shipping label at no charge to me. Engine went back and funds were returned within hours of tracking # showing delivery. NOW THE REALLY INTERESTING PART...... I promptly starting looking for another engine to order. What I discovered is that 3 vendors, PCC Motors, Motor99Motor, and T Motorsports are using exactly the same photo's in their listings. Bad idea as in one of the photo's is a picture of the engine number and in all three listings, the number is the same....same number= in all probability same vendor. I wouldn't have known otherwise.... BUYER BEWARE....

I love t-motorsports. i get all my 50cc scooters from them that i sell. Alex Wong has always given me excellent customer service and I am always given money off the price of new scooters from any shipping damage which isnt even the fault of t-motorsports. all the $450 QT-3 scooters on their site come with factory 47mm 72cc bore engines too

Don't forget selling in quantity to a dealer is in his best interest to treat you right. Selling just one item to a customer is where usually the problems crop up. Big Difference between a dealer that will come back and buy in quantity. Alleyoop
