Edit: I'm not knocking scooters here. I thought the rules for this event was for scooters with engines under 250cc. If the scooter world keeps going with things like the new BMW 650, Honda Integra and who knows what else, they might as well make it open to motorcycles too. People on real scooters won't be able to compete with one-off wonders and Blitzkrieging Super scoots from the Fatherland. well said. |

the proper way would have been to do a compression test before you took it apart.

Afterrnoon/evening gang its topping out around 40 mph right now i know need more CC's i got such a good deal on "yellow fever" so its and new playtoy but ya know as Tim Allen said MORE POWER. one thing i can say it runs smooth for a chin scoot. still wish i had my Honda MB-5 that was a fun toy too should of never sold it. outta everything i've lost i miss my mind the most..... thanks everyone for the warm welcome to the group!! if you are seeing 40mph now then its a 44mm bore 63cc |

you will need a 50mm 82cc big bore kit to hit 50mph and thats with a maximum 180lbs load on a flat road with no wind. a 49cc motor with 'minimal mods' might hit 40.
