So the ebay guy is not getting back to me and I want to order the fuel hose asap. 1 week til I move. marineengineparts.com/shopsite_sc/store/html/page487.html I found this ( 4th one down) it looks JUST like the one I bought that is a heater hose, same little dot things on the end). I'm surprised its that much different. Some on that page say fuel vent, fuel fill and fuel feed, what is the difference? You would think you could get just a reg fuel hose in any size, no prob LOL.

The little dots I believe are just strands of support strings going through the hose. So you would find them in just about all good hoses. But that is the right one it is for GAS. I found that one before but Then I pretended to order and the shipping is $9.95 that is why I did not bother to notify you. So you wind up paying over $10.00 for a 1 FOOT PIECE OF HOSE. Alleyoop

That makes sense w the dots. Haha I pretend to order all the time to find out shipping when they won't tell me up front. I just enter LALALALA for name and 123 LALA for address, etc. w my zipcode $10 ship for a hose good Lordddd So far Its looking like $10 w shipon ebay from the guy who wont get back to me IF its the right size. $15 w ship from the one u pretend ordered from or $20 w ship from another guy on ebay for just a 1' piece of hose. Is it really that rare a size? The clock is ticking... I've googled 1/2 ID fuel hose, line, tried scooter places online, ebay, amazon, auto parts store. What does a woman have to do to get some good hose around here ??!? LMAO.

DAMN!! That is a real shame, $15.00 bucks for a Foot and all you need is a little bit just enough to clamp it onto the outlet from the tank and then a short connector to bring it down to 1/4 and you are set.
You have to add another expetise besides Diet and Exercise you NEED SPANISH LESSONS. I bet those garages have something laying around that would work. Alleyoop

I know. Maybe I can make some money on it fixing someone elses scooter in the same way sometime. There must be about 30 scooters identical to mine that I see all over the beach I can speak spanish pretty well, its just a little broken, but they still act like they don't want to talk to you and pretend to not understand, especially when they see the scooter w/ you. Solo coches! ONLY CARS! ROAR! is how they act. Actually most of the hispanic people on the beach act like they don't understand when u know damn well u said it right LOL. My friends who come down to visit are shocked when they go to Subway and I have to order for them because the employees dont speak English.

I/2" fuel hose is not common. might be hard to find cheap. Clear vinal tubing will work, but it tends to dry out and crack. can be got cheap at hardware store.

Awe. There has to be something you can do to rig it to work right. Do you have any friends who weld that can weld the holes shut and something on? Or maybe take it to a welding school and see if they can do it cheap?

I almost had a free project scooter today. I found one abandoned in the alley way behind my apartment. No plate, kinda beat up but it looked abused, not old, like someone was made at someone and trashed their scooter. It looked like a better make then mine too ( not chinese ) so I called the police and motor vehicle to see how to aquire it to have something to mess around with but... I then found out / half remembered that when you aquire a new vehicle ( new, used, bought, gift, anything) you have to pay $250 for title and registration. No thanks. I NY i think title was like $15 or something. Damn FL motor vehicle prices. For now I'm just pacing back and forth waiting on the hose to come in the mail staring at 100 boxes packed to move
