There is one thing I don't understand. Killer's C- rating. 74 complaints filed against business 2 complaints filed against business that were not resolvedLet me get out my calculator. That's an unresolved complaint rate of 2.7%. Doesn't that mean a 97.3% rate of resolution? In a company that deals mostly with the general public that would be 973 out of every thousand people were happy. How is that a C-? The general public can be pretty emptyheaded at times and 97.3% was an A when I went to college. Ok, Here is what i know of the BBB with my dealings with them. I used to be a Director of Game Operations for Korean game company that wanted to establish themselves here a while ago so I learned some inner workings on how things ran. The BBB imo is just a sanctioned scam. It is not Government ran nor is it required to be a member or affiliated to be part of it at all. First of all, if you want to display that BBB logo, you have to pay a price. There isn't a set price list as they will look at your company and see how much you can afford. My company didn't join. We had some complaints from them from our customers. When this occurred, they would send email to us and allow us to login to their system and to address the customers complaint. The customer would have a chance to respond and then we would have a last chance to address the issue. Out of the 5 cases I saw, we had resolved each of them. Now because we weren't a credited member of the BBB, our rating was only a C. They would not give any higher ratings unless you paid to be accredited. Before dealing with them, I always thought it was mandatory to comply with them but now I know better.

I don't know where you get your information but, being accredited or not has no bearing on your rating. I am not accredited and have a great rating www.bbb.org/milwaukee/business-reviews/auto-repair-and-service/rapid-repair-in-milltown-wi-20000355/Jim

Thanks Jim for the information. It sure seems as if everyone is selling the 2008 models. Nice to know you are selling the newer models. Please let me know what you find out about the IB 300 Didn't find out much, this is what I got back: Hello Jim, " Besides the engine size, the plastic design is at lease 2 year newer than the MC54B-250. And we're the only company that has this design. We've already got the design patent on our PST150-11, the same plastic design as on PST300-11. Also, I heard that the MC54B-250 are all old inventory. Don't know whether it's true or not. But something you might want to verify." Jim

I heard from someone who owns one and he said the dash is digital not analog. Of course he hasn't had anytime to ride it since he lives in IN.

It looks like it is a digital needle and other indicators operating behind a faux-conventional dial.

Mike, You may be right I don't see a needle on the speedometer. The picture is of poor quality.

Yes it is a digital dash.
Yes, Ice Bear is expecting a price increase right after the Trade Show in Indy. I don't expect it to be a huge increase but, an increase just the same. I expect other manufacturers to follow suit.

Yes it is a digital and is really nice for night riding, sometimes hard to read in bright sun. I would like to take one for a spin... See how she run as a scooter with only 2 wheels

Mike what all instruments are digital? I didn't notice a tach on it, but it could be there.
