okay no problem, it bogs down I don't know why it won't take off very quickly and it won't take off very fast, thought air filter was problem but it wasn't. now the entire vehicle is shaking crazily, it dies easily and then doesn't run at all. it is also backfiring, through the air intake, sense the air filter is missing. Could it be valve adjusted too right, I doubt it though because before I adjusted the valves, it did this then too.

Could it be the fuel air mixture? A mechanic dude said he could hear it was sucking air on the intake.

What in the hell are you doing running without a Air Filter just with an open carb? No wonder your having all these problems. You are going to ruin the motor in no time if you haven't already. Don't you realize that the intake is sucking in AIR and with no Filter it is also sucking in dirt which will ruin your rings and walls.
First thing is put some kind of Air filter on it and that will also require changes to the carb that may stop the backfireing if nothing else is sucking in extra air. Alleyoop

Alleyoop, I just drive it home, 12 miles, without air filter, I'm putting it back, why is it stalling?

Take pictures of the carb area and hoses. Need to see if something is cracked or possibley sucking air.
By Stalling do you mean it dies? When does this happen, after it is hot and your stopping?
Or
Does it NOT IDLE and dies? Alleyoop

Ok, I replaced head, had to, because the muffler wouldn't bolt on. Then I was being stupid & lazy & wouldn't take off cowl for timing marks. Got that fixed & put back together. Was having a vibration/hesitation at take off, thought the air filter was clogged, because same day I had to set idle way up, took it out to see if there was a difference, & idle jumped way up. Went to motorcycle place for replacement filter, no luck, drive it home with it out. I'm viewing it out as best I can & putting the sure filter back in. then I'm resetting air/fuel mixture, & idle.

Here's what I did. Started scooter with air filter installed, got it hot. Turned a f m all the way in, then back out 1 turn. Adjusted a f m until rpms got fast, stop asap. Turned idle down, then back on a f m turned up until rpms were fast again & stopped , adjusted idle again repeat until no further improvements able.

Well sounds like you have the carb pretty well in control with the fuel air mixture.
So what happens now? If you have some kind of vibration starting off I would check your clutch for slipping the pads could be glazed. Slipping clutchs will shake the crap out of a scoot. Alleyoop

Sounds to me like you are out a link on the timing chain if it is running that rough, the timing is out. The T mark on the flywheel is NOT top dead center...

It was doing this before I changed head, because if exhaust leak. I could re time. Now it won't start at all. Spark great, sprayed choke cleaner in intake, no starting, nothing. It was running great this morning as far as starting, & ask those a f m & idle adjustments. Then I turned off & now nothing. Carb?

need to pull head again prob sumthing under a valve piece of debri from no filter Why the head. It starts, but won't run. Is that better. Starts great won't run. Any way, can the carb be the problem, cuz I tried choke cleaner in the air intake, should have started then, but nothing. Could it be blocking fuel getting in? I've taken carb apart before cleaned jets. I've ordered a new carb. Need this to run still, please help
