I don't have the same machine as you. But in the JCL USA there is a wire diagram for the MP 250A showing a 20 amp fuse on the red wire from the battery at the starter relay. www.jclusa.com/SCOOTER---MOPED-250CC.htm#Overlay cursor on the download instruction button on the far right lower part of the blue machine panel. Them click on the wiring diagram. .

Take your fuse out and go to any auto parts store and they will find the right one for you.

Can somebody please help me? I accidentally transposed my battery terminal. Scooter is dead, I changed the fuse next to the battery but scooter is a still dead. Are there more fuses on this bike ( Roketa 250cc -MC-54-250B) 2008 and if so can someone please tell me where i can find them?
If you changed the Fuse on the RED wire coming off the battery and when you turn the key on IF your instruments lights come on and the fuel gauge works etc. Then you have powr to the ignition switch. If still no lights and fuel gauge doesn't work then you must have a box with more fuses. Some fuse boxs they put under the seat near the battery with a cover on it. Some are in the glove box etc..
If you have power to the ignition switch but when you press the start button nothing happens. FIND the SOLENIOD some have a fuse on them that might be blown if it is NO JUICE will go to the starter. Alleyoop

There should be one near the starter solenoid on the lower right side of the scooter

Yeah, on the 54b it's on the solenoid under the right side fender. There should be a spare with it too. Just remember to replace the spare with a new one.

If that fuse is bad would this stop the bike from starting(No power)?

For the most part it's like a mail fuse. So it will act like the battery is dead. Pull the fuse and you will likely be able to see that it is bad. Use the spare fuse to replace it. Then buy a new fuse to replace the spare.

Open the access panel to the tail light in the back of the seat bucket, there should be a fusebox stashed in there.
