What I ended up doin... I cut the elbow out of old pipe and found two rubber extensions that clamped on top of elbow and bottom to tank.. works good! Gas is a lil slow goin in.. but that's ok...

Took bike for 20 mile ride today! Mmm hmmm I like it! Never got hot ran great whole time...

Now I wanna change the oil in it to synthetixlc to stop the slight tickin before it warms up...
I got 10w-30.. that right? And how much does it hold?

Great!! see how easy it was, all you needed was an elbow of some kind and use the top part and another piece of hose where it was cracked.
I would put in 10wx40 little heavier oil 10wx30 is a little thin . Also the ticking is fine really because they motor is cold and as it heats up everything expands.

How much though?

The manual provided for the CF moto says .8 liter... that pretty well correct? and i might a well go synthetic right?

You take out the DIP STICK and then check it as you fill it. Put the DIP STICK IN and DO NOT SCREW IT IN then take it out WHEN THE OIL COVERS HALF of the XXXXXs on the DIP STICK that is it.

ok well i bought synthetic 10w-30 earlier today.. i will go exchange it tomm and getter DONE!

One last quick question for the pros...

My brakes are kinda "sticky" at a certain point when i am pulling lever... suggestions?
I mean i can deal with what they are.. but if i ever have to react quickly i am gonna lock em up and have to lay er down or something....

They are really soft at beginning of squeeze and about half way its like they lock down, lunging me forward....

check the pads they may be worn down and or cracked or broke.
